Ive spoken to you several times and you continue blaming me for the damage. you have all the information regsrsing my contract and the date you filed the claim. What I wanna know is why you held the vehicle two months on your lot before you sent it to a body shop to get looked at I turned it in November 6. Y'all didn't get it to the body shop until January 7.

I rented a Jeep Compass from Enterprise. I drove to work and went to leave to go to my next work location at 3:15pm, and the car wouldn’t start. Check engine light is on. I called Enterprise and they transferred me to a towing service. I was told by Enterprise that I had to remain by the vehicle until the tow truck arrived or else it would be considered an abandoned vehicle. Here it is 5:45 and I’m still waiting on their tow truck. I was just informed that it would still be at least another 40 minute wait. This is ridiculous. Never again will I rent from Enterprise. I would give zero stars but Google made me give them at least one star to write my review.

Rented from this location my car was towed to there service center and I never received my property back. I had over $800 worth of possessions Was lied to many times was told I'd be called back dozens of times and never was. The manager Sam was a moron and never seemed to have accurate info and deceived me into thinking I would get my times back but was unwilling to help in any manner. Sol Medina the area manager has an embarrassing staff at her location she should feel ashamed. I now need to take enterprise to small claims court to get any sort of compensation for this Hell they put me through.

After i left your location i was called and asked to return because you lost all my information. i returned and my debit card was swiped again. i reached out to you the next morning to report that my account was hit twice. i was told it would clear which it did not. I am on day 5 waiting for the $364 hold to clear off my account.

This location is just as bad as the other new braunfels location codi you suck as a representative and for you to tell me your not going to accommodate my reservation at the price that the other new braunfels location gave me to right the wrong then you and your manager are obviously lacking in training and should be pulled off the counter and re trained … if enterprise screws up you don’t pass the blame to another location you right the wrong especially with a long standing customer who’s been renting from you for over 15 yrs

THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO.Minimal options are available. Calling ahead to confirm a day before does not guarantee the type of reservation you have booked will be available. You may have to be upgraded(at a cost to you) or downgraded(smaller size vehicle), which brought a slight inconvenience(first world problems) to our travel plans and modified what can and cannot take. The staff member was as helpful as he could be. The female manager was rude and did not follow up as mentioned or requested. I was told a refund would be give and it was not.
