I took both my daughters to see Tandra and she was very disinterested in doing hair. They both got highlights and a cut. I asked her if she could style it and I was told no that she didn’t have time. However, in between my daughters appointments, she took an unexpected client which resulted in my girls not getting their hair fully done. Then, it was over $400. They were very excited and by the end it was a let down. She was very rude the whole time to all of us.Services: Haircut

I love the way Erin cuts my hair, but it's been difficult to get a call back from her to schedule an appointment! I'm not sure what's going on because I leave messages but no information from anyone!

I tried this shop with just a picture and Hope's that my dramatic change would look great. The bob cut was alot shorter than I asked for no where near like the picture.. the color was just ok and all over my neck forehead and ears very noticeable with such a short cut.. the staff was very friendly.. but I won't be back . I am looking for a more experienced stylist.. what a disappointment!!
