This guy is a rip-off artist, he took no time hitting my credit card for over $500.
That was 4 week ago, I changed my mind on the install, and after numbers of text. Email messages, I still have not heard from this guy. DO NOT DEAL EITH THIS COMPANY

I installed an amp and subs in my truck and the signal was terrible. I stopped in at Elite on a Saturday morning and after some adjustments we found out my bass knob was not compatible. Very happy they were able to check it out on the spot for me!

Worst customer service ever. Went in for a quote, I walk in and no one is in the main office. Minutes pass and an employee walks in, sees me walks right passed me to the office, gets what ever he needed walks right passed me a second time and never says a word to me and walks out to the back. Minutes pass again and a second employee walks in and proceeds to the bathroom looks at me a continues walking as if I’m not there and then realizes that there is a customer in the shop. It was my first time in and last time I will go.

The service experience was subpar, characterized by a noticeable deficit in product knowledge during the installation process. In fact, I found it necessary to contact technical support and provide installation videos directly from the manufacturer to ensure the procedure was executed correctly. Regrettably, my attempts to seek a resolution were met with silence from the proprietor, leaving my concerns unaddressed. Furthermore, there were instances where the connection of components did not align with the manufacturer's recommended guidelines.

Been coming here for over 10 years now, and the customer service has remained the best for any of the needs you may have. It doesn't change, and they clearly established this principle from the start. For those who have unfortunate situations and need Smart Start IID, I wouldn't try anywhere else. They will remain professional and get you set up to go as smoothly and quickly as possible. And Joel, who will go completely out of his way on a Friday afternoon right before closing, put aside his own plans aside to get me fixed up and allow me to get moving again, all in a timely manner, great service, and professional work.
