Evan was good to work with. He was polite and respectful when my wife was test driving cars but had to make a meeting on time. Overall the experience was slightly better than expected, which is good for any car dealership. We had a misunderstanding that extended the process by about an hour and a half, of which probably 25% was my own fault for being a little confused on the warranty stuff, which is needlessly and purposely confusing, so I put about 75% of that on them. But I did get a slightly lower percentage rate with their help, so that was nice. In all if you know exactly what you want and are aware of all the warranty and other packages they push I would expect you to spend 2 - 2.5 hours there. Because of the mixup the whole process took us about 4 hours, hence the 4 out of 5 stars. Has the potential to be as smooth of a process as buying a car could be, but there are definitely still hiccups and salesmanship.

My experience was quick and easy. I utilized the website prior to arrival making it easier to have what I wanted narrowed down and to get the finance portion started. I worked with Dimitri who was knowledgeable and worked with me to take a break in the process so I could pick up my kids.

After visiting Echopark New Braunfels it will be very hard for me to ever go back to a traditional dealership. Yousuf and the team over at Echopark were very helpful and not overbearing with the car shopping process. Prices match what are advertised online with no "surprise" upcharges or fees. Definitely consider Echopark for your next vehicle and ask for Yousuf by name. You will not be disappointed.

Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. Steffani helped me look at and test drive cars. She also as super helpful when I had questions about cars. When going through the purchase Carlos helped me (I had just missed steffani). He was also wonderful! The team here made buying my first car much easier than I thought.

The service at Echo Park is hands down why I will make sure they are my first stop next time we need a vehicle. -- I went to multiple dealerships and got sales pitches, vehicles shown to me that were 15k outside my specified budget, and told that I didnt actually know what it was that I was looking for.
At Echo Park, Jason was not pushy. He listened to my thoughts, and chatted with me about what I was hoping for. After our initial chat, we took a stroll around the lot with no pressure or urgency, and I was able to ask all my questions, see every vehicle, and take anything I liked for a spin.
Jason made suggestions, but never at the expense of my desires or budget, and was understanding of the fact that I needed to make sure my wife and I were on the same page for such a large purchase.
The buying process and paperwork were easy, and the car was ready to go the moment we finished up.
(Cliff also made sure to say hello anytime we were hanging out in the office)
