Had appointment at 245pm today called at 2 to make sure tires were there, setting appt yesterday they said tires would arrive at 8am today. Tires weren't there, but they would call me right back.
Called them back an HOUR later and they put me on hold for 5 minutes finding tires, that should show up in hour or two they now said.
Not much faith in appointment for tomorrow hopefully shop can do better job than scheduler......

100% the best place to go for tires. The service is amazing. Great people who work hard to get you in and out. I won't go anywhere else.

This location consistent has personal issues. They have always been short staffed. Their phone etiquette lacks honesty and professionalism. They want you to make an appointment even when you have an unexpected flat or other issue. Discount tire has fallen from what they used to be.

DAVID IS THE MAN.
I got a blow out on my travel trailer tire, I called the 337 location and David answered. He was nothing but receptive and helpful in the stressful time. Everyone else looked like they were at work. David looked and had the energy like he was there to help. Anytime I need any tire services I'll be sure to come back and ask for David.

I was flustered when I showed up directly from picking my car up from Christian Brothers(where you'd think a flat would be noticed.) Brandon immediately was there to help from Discount. He informed me of needed to happen and how long it would take. I felt reassured and comfortable with this tire shop. Discount has my business for life because one person, Brandon, made the difference

Super grateful for this amazing service! As a Canadian OTR driver (in a Sprinter) with a nail in the tire, I was in dire need of same day repair. Forrest was super pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly!! The service itself was fast and the complimentary repair was just as awesome and absolutely unexpected!

I have been using this location for years. Went in yesterday to have 2 new tires mounted and balanced. I could tell they were super busy and were running a bit behind. David took amazing care of me and turned what could have been a negative experience into a great one. Thanks for your hard work and keeping me on the road all these years.

Tire had picked up something on a rainy day and they were super patient ,fast and friendly on replacing it. Can’t say enough nice things about this location.
