Amazing customer service. One of our tires blew out on the highway and we had it towed to the closest Discount Tires. John was absolutely fabulous and honest in guiding us to get the correct tires for our car. He told us we were very lucky as our tires were from 2012 and even though the tread was still good, the tires were done. We ended up needing four new ones. Highly recommend this place if you need new tires. Everyone was very welcoming even though they were extremely busy. Great customer service and you can trust that they will be honest in their recommendations.

Took 3 hours to get my toe patched. After I left, I realized they greatly over inflated my tire, so I had to go back and have them fix it. Not happy that they couldn't get it right the first time. Nobody bothered to apologize for the inconvenience.

During an hour drive back to New Braunfels I got a nail in my tire. I walked in the door literally two minutes before the door got locked. They changed my tire and never once made me feel bad for making everyone stay after closing. Everyone was so nice! Thankfully I had the warranty, so I got a brand new tire for $40. Plus, they didn't have the same one I had previously purchased, so they gave me a more expensive one and they covered the difference in price.

Such an amazing customer service and display of good people in the community.
Let me tell you about this place and why I give this visit on Father’s Day Saturday a 5 star experience.
Everyone knows that a flat tire is always a major stress and inconvenience and especially when you have to pick up a child and if your late it causes a major issue that can certainly ruin the funnest of Father’s Day planned activities.
Long story short service advisor Chris helped expedite the process of getting back on the road and technician John and his team worked very quickly to get us back on the road and be on time to picking up my daughter for fathers day weekend. Thanks to this amazing team and for the compassion and quickness to save Father’s Day weekend for me. You guys are amazing!

Ethan helped me get my new tires and even recommended new lug nuts for my safety. He treated me respectfully and was very knowledgeable and informed me of everything I needed and even got me a couple of discounts for my tires. Thank y’all so much, and especially thank you to Ethan for all his help!

All I can say is make sure to double check that they secured the lug nuts to your tire before you drive off. Although most Discount Tire shops are good about this, my wife came here to get new tires. After completion, she then parked the vehicle in a garage and followed up the next day with a trip to El Paso, Texas. Upon arrival, she had issues with the feel of the vehicle and it was observed that all the lug nuts appeared to only be tightened by hand. It took next to no pressure for most of the lug nuts to come off on all four wheels. When she contacted the manager to just let him know, he got defensive and stated they would never let this happen. I happened to mention this during a random conversation with co-workers and I was told that we were not the only ones that had this issue and it happened to one of them.

Had an extremely excellent experience! I called after 5pm asking about a certain tire. They didn’t have it but found that the other New Braunfels location did have all 4! I got there after 5:30pm. They were extremely busy but were still very friendly and helpful. Everyone had a smile on their face even though the rush was probably a bit stressful! They replaced all 4 tires within an hour even though it was so late. I appreciate each and every staff member I encountered today. Thanks for everything!

Was on a pretty strict budget and had been shopping for a couple months now. Came across this location and Mason, Mike and Devin all worked with me getting my price down to where I needed to be at. Mason was extremely friendly and worked out a package deal for me that worked in my benefit. Thanks again guys.

GET THE WARRANTY ITS WORTH IT!!!!! love them can have long wait times but I've never had better service they are attentive and explain everything. I'm a woman who has car knowledge not gonna lie here however I've never got the ick from them as far as trying to over explain things to me or try and get me to buy more.

Really busy location, make sure to make an appointment and be prepared to wait, especially on the weekend. That being said, the staff was very helpful and got new tires at a great price.

Worst Customer service ever ..I had this guy called Mason tell me that he was gonna help me ,I sat and waited and some white girl came and talked to him and he went to help her first ..when I heard her say she didn’t have an appointment..also the other guy that helped me was a mean ..I asked the time my car my gonna ready he just said “in a couple of hours ..didn’t even get a text saying my car was ready I had to just guess at what time to come ..I don’t really complain but it seems that u have to be white so u can get a good service in this place ..is the first time I had issues with them and it would be the last time I come to this particular store ..I would give them 0 stars if I could honestly

TIRE SAGA: This week, I had a tire with a nail in it and went to Discount Tire. I left my car there for two and a half hours and received a call from a young salesperson. He recommended replacing two tires for $500, saying the puncture was too close to the edge to repair. I went in person and explained that $500 was too expensive for me. His dismissive reaction made me lose confidence in him.
I called several male friends for advice, and two suggested leaving because they didn’t trust the place. I eventually canceled the purchase and only replaced one tire. Now I have two back tires that will be changed in 40000 miles, leaving me with the chance to prepare myself for buying two good tires. Three days later, I discovered another nail in the center of a different tire. I went to another Discount Tire location, where they told me it would take four and a half hours to evaluate this time a regular problem. I was frustrated by the dismissive and technical explanations, and to have left me alone having to ask for another person in the store to put the tire back to the car.
In the end, I went to Firestone and was treated politely and honestly. Women should know that Discount Tire’s service has changed. I lost trust in them and will not return.
