Something was lodged inside the charging space on my iPhone. We stopped in and the lady working there fixed it right away. There was no charge. Very impressed with their service. Will go back for any future issues.

Took my phone here (in near perfect condition) while on vacation because one morning i woke up and the screen wasn’t coming on however it was still ringing and vibrating. The guy called my wife’s phone about 20 minutes later and says “it’s back on but when i took it apart there was a small crack on the bottom right but I’m not gonna charge you for anything.” well i wasn’t able to get my phone that day due to vacation plans so i had a friend pick it up for me. Get my phone back and nearly half the screen is spiderwebbed and my screen protector i had on previously is literally constantly falling off. So not only did this guy not fix my phone he actually broke it and tried to give it back to me saying that he fixed it. Absolutely do not recommend at all. He did however offer to replace my screen… for 279 plus tax. What a joke

Walked in. No wait. Told the lady our issue. She fixed it within one minute. NO CHARGE. I tipped her. I will definitely use them again and recommend.

I went to digital doc to get my screen replaced on my iPad Air at the end of 2021 and paid $89. I had a screen protector put on it when I got it replaced to prevent this from happening again. The screen protector that was used was poor quality and made the screen quality fuzzy so I decided to take it off. In taking it off it lifted the screen that should have been properly adhered to the iPad and the screen cracked in the process. I called digital doc they said to bring it in. I brought it in and TJ said that I put my hand on the screen when removing it causing it to crack. That was not the case and while I was explaining this TJ told me he “wasn’t going to argue with me”. The woman working in the store even demonstrated in front of me that when removing the screen protector the screen was lifting up. I was told they could replace the screen again for $89 the same price I paid a couple of months ago. I have been using digital doc since they opened and have spent hundreds of dollars here and send all my family and friends. In return I was blamed for an issue I didn’t create. Not a great way to treat loyal customers.

Outstanding! My phone wouldn't charge, this was my 3rd but final stop in trying to get my phone to work. They cleaned out my charging port under a microscope. Now my phone is like new. It was also free. I will definitely come back for all of my future electronics issues. Thank again ??????

The hubs is admitting my iPad into the digital hospital for me. I've been pretty sick. Apparently whatever I have is contagious 'cause now my tablet is sickly. ;) We've used Digital Doc before and they've repaired our phones perfectly. We trust them with our electronics.

After clumsily falling into my pool with my Iphone in my pocket I immedialty contact Digital Doc ( on my land line) and asked for help. He told me to make sure not to touch any buttons on the phone and to bring it ASAP to the store. Twenty four hours later I have my phone back in full working condition at the price quoted when I dropped it off. This was fantastic service !

I was having issues with the speaker on my IPhone and happen to be passing by. I was in and out in 15 minutes with a working earpiece!! Fantastic service!! Would highly recommend!!
