“I recently had a situation where I realized when I got home that the boots I bought did not match. I went back to the store to return them and much to my dismay they didn’t have anymore of the boots I wanted in stock to correct the mishap. The sales associate that helped me was Tiani (I hope I spelled that right) - she graciously offered, after she processed my return, to check in the back and see if by chance they had placed the missing partners aside. Sure enough they did! She came back with the partner to the boots! I was so elated and also so thankful that she went the extra mile to try to resolve the situation. I loved those boots and was gonna be super bummed to not walk away with them. Thank you so much for making my day!”

Has everything you need - towels, soap, shampoo, nail trimmers, brushes, etc. Better than spending $50+ at the groomers or breaking your back giving them a bath in your tub lol.”

“Store is always clean, staff helpful, and majority of the time they have what we need in stock. Unfortunately we have done drive up orders now pretty regularly since 2020 and three times now they have given us bad milk. This most recent time they literally gave us milk that had an expiration date on it that was 3 days expired… needless to say we wont be returning for milk anymore.”
“This is my favorite Walmart New Braunfels. I find the store clean and many items you can’t get at other grocery stores. Friendly employees. Runs out of stock as some things go fast. Prices are good on a lot of items. Some not so. Produce and bakery department is fresh and well kept.”
“As I was wandering the dessert section four men tried to rob me. Cayden and Kamton wasted no time and jumped into the skirmish. They fought off my attackers, conducted a citizens arrest and still helped me find a dessert for my family potluck. Using some strange mental math formula that the two invented to better serve guests they got the number of people attending my party, their weights, and their general appetites and used these metrics to land on these two desserts saying they would not only leave my guests satiated, but smiling. God bless these young men”
“My fiancé and I recently moved to New Braunfels, TX and needed to shop for several necessary items. Upon visiting Walmart, we were greatly appreciative of the awesome service and friendly staff. In particular, Customer Service Rep Jose happily assisted us immediately, lifting a heavy cabinet onto a cart and taking it to the front for us. Also, we stopped at the deli counter and was greeted by an awesome Deli Clerk and his new assistant (sorry, I didn't get their names) who chatted with us and made us feel so welcomed to New Braunfels. We will definitely be shopping there again!”
