We went in not knowing what to expect. My fiance lost his phone on the job we were low on funds and we thought all was lost. But it was one great customer experience that you never hear about much these days from my family to yall we want to thank Wendy and I believe the other one was named Crystal for their extraordinary service and kind hearts they really went above and beyond when we were in a not so great situation. They gave us options they helped with decisions they were just plain good people thank yall again for everything yall made our day .

Went in and Crystal, at this location, went above and beyond. She got us the best plan she could have. She went above and beyond and got out her laptop to switch us from metro to the cricket family. I can say I am highly satisfied with her professionalism and not to mention the family she made us feel at home and I highly recommend this location for all of your service needs. Crystal will definitely go out of her way to make sure you walk out with a smile on your face. Thank you Crystal for helping my family today, it won't be forgotten!

Was looking for a new phone nothing too expensive at all cause them high dallor one wont last me not even 2month pass time mayb only had 2phone that lasted me 1yrs plus the rest destroy, So she offer me something i can manage, plus a case to make sure i didnt destroy it again, Am loving this new phone a Samsung, little bigger can download other things too, at least not running out of storage like b4, Super happy with the service she knew plenty of stuff how to operate my phone too cause I was totally lost so happy now i give her a big 5star reward still,,,ok,,,

The ONLY good thing about Cricket are their prices. It took 7 hours to get any information about my warranty for a broken phone stylus. Warranty app, Cricket app, trip to the store, every 1800 Cricket number and warranty number... And still no resolve. The final verdict for warranty was a $75 deductible and they'd send me a new phone. I couldn't justify a $75 stylus. I told this to the Cricket rep on the phone who was supposed to send me to warranty to see if I could just get my stylus and she abruptly hung up on me instead. None... NONE of the personnel were informative or seemed that knowledgeable.
Also. This phone was an upgrade which was an awesome deal but the warranty NEVER got transferred to Asurion Warranty which created another big headache.
I've been with Cricket for awhile now but after this, when all is said and done, there's a pretty good chance I'm going somewhere else.

Excellent customer service! The salesmen answered all questions concerning Cricket plans, purchase of phones, and switching to Cricket from a different carrier. They were thorough and courteous. I highly recommend this store and its sales personnel.
