If we could give a negative review we would. Went in for help in switching from another carrier, the guy working was pompous and not interested in helping. He was the “area manager”, refused to give any contact information on his supervisor. He said our problem would work itself out in 24 hours then said to visit a Cricket in North Carolina. Horrible customer service at that store.

Natalie was an absolute ANGEL. I came in very distressed about a phone repair that went wrong and she helped me around every step until I was completely set up for success with a new phone. I never like coming into phone stores but she made the experience easier than I could have imagined.

I broke my iPhone and had to buy a new phone. Natalie was working at the time and she went through all of my options and I finally picked a phone. I had never used an Android and I was overwhelmed and lost. My work is on my phone and I couldn't get it to download. Natalie walked me through everything and was so patient with me. I took my phone home and I still couldn't get my work app to reset my password so I missed a day and a half. Natalie took my phone and in a couple minutes I was ready to go back to work. You don't find many people with her patience and understanding. Without her help I would still be trying to figure this out. Please give her a raise.

Scam alert! Family run shop that told me I could not pay a lower fee this month. I would have to pay the 70 and 30. Makes zero sense. Sensing something amiss I went to the store across town. They agreed and pulled up my account and had no problem letting me pay the lesser this month. Maybe because it's a part of the deal. Who knows how many other's they've taken advantage of.

Won’t ever return here, my Google apps were not showing up on my phone and the guy there told me he could not help me because a lot of customers information was stolen when I asked how come I wasn’t notify they couldn’t explain anything to me. They never even bothered to look at my phone or ever try to help me fix the problem the lady had a horrible Attitude and spent her time talking bad about others to him. Very unprofessional environment. The guy with glasses was talking about apparent previous employees and wow I couldn’t believe all the stuff I was hearing and I could not believe how my information could have been at risk and I wouldn’t be notified! I will be in contact with corporate offices and I will never be returning to this place I can’t believe the level of how unprofessional this people can be.
