Made an appointment to have my Macaw a Health Certificate, the clinic instruccion drop of the macaw between 7:15 to 7:45 a 100 dollar was charge for deposit, call to follow up at 11:30 admin rep told me that the bird was doing find but it will be done little after 2:00pm. At 2:00 Pm decide to stop by the clinic and the admin told me that they where not done with the bird that i will have to waited until after 5:30. I ask to stop everything and ask for the bird, and the admin suppervisor told that they didnot did any work on the bird. This is unacceptable, after waited so long .

We’ve been taking our cat and dog to Creek View for many years. Dr Rierson is friendly and thorough, and I really appreciate that, as our pets are both aging. All of the staff is very helpful and kind.

Since bringing my fur babies here, I've had nothing but great experiences. Every visit with my cat and dog is quick and smooth. The staff are incredibly friendly, and we're in and out in no time. My pets always receive excellent care and lots of love! My boy is fully vaccinated, and they made the process so easy for us!

Creekview veterinary clinic is my go to vet for any of my dogs needs. They will do their best to fit me in to an appointment if it’s necessary and the staff is nice.

This place is sneaky and adds multiple charges to your bill without telling you anything! Absolutely horrible! This was my first (and LAST) time using this place. I made it very clear on the phone when I scheduled the appointment that I wanted the price of everything I asked for, so they knew I was picky about money and services. I asked for a printed out quote before I dropped my dog off and I was okay with the price ($332) because it had everything he needed. When I go to pick him up they tell me my total is $500! I asked how it went up so much and they said that they also did blood work, gave him a bath, and did an ear cytology. I did NOT ask for any of those services! The front desk lady said it was "recommended", wouldn't common sense tell you that if it's only recommended and not required that you should call the owner before doing it? I guess these people don't seem to have any common sense. When the technician called me to tell me when I could pick up my dog she said they gave him a bath and I said okay. Again, I'm a new patient and didn't know if that was part of the wellness exam. I want to reiterate I NEVER asked for that, but they did it anyway. The last thing they added was an ear cytology. I asked for a simple ear cleaning, not once did I ever say that his ears were a problem for him. The ear cytology was basically a test to see if there was any bacteria or infection, and it came out negative. Why? Because his ears weren't bothering him! I just wanted a good cleaning. This is a horrible business and the owner should feel embarrassed for how this place is operated. They are slimy and sneaky, it's absolute chaos inside, and the customer service is terrible. Absolutely no transparency. Save your money and take your pet elsewhere.

This is totally the best place for your pet or pets!!! The staff here take excellent care of everyone's loving animal aka children. They are extremely loving to all of the pets that come in! If you are in need of a veterinarian this is a must place to go! I won't take my pets anywhere else but here! ?
