We love our storage, cost effective, convenient and close to home, BUT, they have the most screwed up accounting department I've ever dealt with. They send us a notice saying we're two months behind on our payments. I send the one year's worth of cancelled checks as proof we are caught up on payments. A month later, we get the same bill saying we're now January and February in arrears. Once again, I send the cancelled checks. No one answers the phone and no one is ever there.
