We are new to town. Office was very clean. They got us in same day and were very friendly. They didn’t have us waiting long. Gianna was very comfortable and the staff is amazing! In and out . Prices are reasonable.

If you had seen the amount of plaque on JAKS’ teeth you would have been as surprised as we were to see her with ALL her beautiful white teeth after her cleaning done 9/13. Dr. Howard and ms. Alex were awesome! Ms. Alex was informative and compassionate, knowing how anxious I was about putting her under. Everyone was kind and caring. Teeth cleaning is never cheap but sooo worth the investment, which was reasonable - and there are discounts! They’re very good at calling you back if they can’t answer your call right away. Professional group but kind and friendly . Highly recommend!

I have used County line for multiple dogs in our family. 2 due to Euthanasia. 3 due to C sections for complications with Birth of our pups. All times they recommended spaying after. Found that odd as that is not necessary every single time. One occurrence they did not even ask to spay our female they just did it and told us after. County Line over the past year or so has also become extremely expensive unnecessarily and some of their practices I just can’t understand. The workers are friendly but behind the scenes it just does not seem together. $400 to Euthanize a dog that weighed barely 8lbs.
We laid our dog down to rest this week. We get a call about our dog having a second digit and Fond memories needing clarification stating the note came from a Mary Williams. County line has no Mary Williams and our last name is Hairston. At this point it makes us wander if they have the right dog or if there was a mix up. Sad to end your story with your dog you had for almost 16yrs like this. We are officially writing off this Clinic.

I am officially moving vet clinics. After the last experience of them treating my dog for an ear infection. After a week I saw no improvement so I gave them a call actually I left two messages cause they never pick up the phone. They called me back saying I'll have to set up and pay for another appointment. So I waited to see if there would be any improvement in the following week. Still nothing. So I go in person cause they don't answer the phone and they said they'll see what they can do and give me a call back the next day. Three days later still no call. They simply refuse to actually heal my dog's ear infections after what they do obviously doesn't work. This is not the first case of this happening either. A simple ear infection they can't treat. I've been coming to this place for I'd say four or five years and it's just gone down the drain. Their only out for profit and will not make things right. I can only take so much charges from this vet for them to not actually treat my dog.

I just moved to the area and found this clinic on Google. The website looked great and the reviews were good. I made an appointment for a rabies vaccine and then a dental cleaning. Everything has been great so far. They treated my baby so well and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I plan to continue using this office for a long time!!!

County Line Vet has been great with Snoopy Dogg ever since we started there 3 years ago, even though we moved to Kyle we still go here! Everyone is great!

Our cat had never been to an indoor vet before, only outdoor clinics, so the entire experience was new for her. She was (obviously) scared, but Dr. Ashley and her assistant (I wish I could remember her name!) were incredibly patient with her. They didn't man handle or rush her, and they spoke in lower volumes to prevent unnecessary stress. Vaccines were administered quickly and professionally, and they allowed our cat a moment to gather herself before setting her back into her crate. The reps at the front desk were all friendly, professional, and helpful when answering my numerous questions. After getting back home, our cat calmed down quickly, which let us know that her experience was not traumatizing. Their clinic has a cat only entrance, which is super awesome! Our experience was definitely a 10/10, and I'm very thankful we found them!

I have been going to this clinic for many years. Dr Fowler and her staff have always provided professional and compassionate health care to my fur babires. There is never any surprises, when I pay for the visit and treatment. ❤️
