Unfortunately you cannot trust these guys. I bought a 2012 ford f150 eco boost from them, and for those of you who don’t know, faulty cam phasers are a common problem on these trucks. But with that being said the only way of knowing it is a problem is after an overnight cold start. So they willing sold me the vehicle with a $3600 problem and I didn’t know until the next morning. Called them and dealt with them for a few months before giving up. They did nothing to help and told me that it basically wasn’t their problem anymore and that the best way to go about it is to buy a warranty and they will fix it. I’m 21 this is the first vehicle I have bought on my own. And they tried to take advantage of me the best they could. Please keep this review in your mind before buying. I don’t want anyone to go through the same thing I did. Put me an a unfortunate financial bind. Also Manny sold me the truck.

I spoke with Manny last week on a 2003 Ford F250 they had in inventory at their dealership. After speaking with Manny a few times and asking what they did to prep the truck for retail sales, getting a little back story, confirming the truck had ZERO RUST I decided to purchase it. The truck showed up at my office this morning with fist size holes in the bed, bed rails rusted beyond repair, cab and doors have had paint work, running boards covered with spray paint, more rust than running board , truck wouldn’t start when it arrived on transport. After rolling it off the trailer we put it on a charger for 3 hours and cranked for 30 seconds before it would start. I spoke with Manny this morning about the truck and got a complete run around, “wasn’t aware the truck had rust” typical dealer that doesn’t care about customer service. Avoid this dealer at all cost. I’ve called them a handful of times today just to have my phone calls avoided. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a reputable dealer that cares about customer service and puts you first or buy from an individual.

Bought a vehicle from these guys from the day I drove it home the truck was nothing but major problems. When told that the vehicle was fixed it would just break down again. I was verbally told by the salesman before I bought the vehicle that if the vehicle isn't up to my standards I could bring it back and they would make it right. As of right now I have owned the vehicle for 3 weeks and I have driven it twice and both times it has broke down. This dealership has basically washed it hands of trying to help me. Also after looking at my paperwork and calling the financial I found out that they didn't put my full down payment that I put towards the vehicle. In short these guys run a shady business and sale crappy vehicles. I wouldn't waste my time.
