Kate and Mark have helped me tremendously with my move in. Kate made sure everything ran smoothly and Mark showed for my maintenance requests swiftly. We’ve been here for 2 weeks now and I am incredibly happy with it

The leasing agent Megan is racist . And older people live here . If your young don't move here lol . Also the leasing lady will hide and lock her doors if you want to talk about anything and sometimes is never available .

I found a hidden Gem. I love the location and especially the proximity of my apt. I get incredible sunsets and I really enjoy my 2 balconies. There is an abundance of storage inside my apartment. The complex is quiet and quaint but doesn’t skimp on amenities like a sparkling pool, grills, and workout facility. The staff has been very nice and Mgr. Megan Walker was wonderful in getting me moved in. I liked the fact that she is thorough at screening applicants and wants only the best tenants to be our neighbors. My dog loves it here and dog waste is not a problem because residents pick it up.Wolfie and I Love our new apartment.

After moving in about two months ago now I can say this is such an amazing complex to live in. Megan is awesome and everyone here is so nice. Everyone either has pets or wants to pet your pet haha. I would absolutely recommend this complex. It's small but that's one of the best parts.

Horrible management, they just want $$ and nothing else.Old microwave, old dishwasher , old stove.I recommended The Augusta at Gruene apartment if you would like to have a nice , and peaceful stay with no trouble at all

Don't be seduced by the 4star- reviews here. There are still many nice, comfortable, clean apartments and located near freeway I35. This apartment is kinda far from the freeway though. If you still intend to move here you should be prepared to know that you will lose your entire deposit and much more other ridiculous money after moving out. It is not professional way to work like this. Mrs. Megan ! When I just moved in, She told me not to tell with the apartments.com that I signed the lease through that website so that she could save $300 on the commission with apartments.com . I am okay doing it that by signing the paper agree that I searched this apartment myself not by that website to save $300 for her .Lol. I moved out 5/8/2022. After 9 days moving out, I got a notice of moving out statement , (5/17/2022) through the usps mail. The statement $1626 of moving out included a lot of fees of cleaning: 92.01 carpet cleaning, $125 aparment cleaning which she told me every apartment would be charged for that even though you cleaned it up with your best. And I sent out the cashier check to pay that balance already the next day (5/18/2022) . Cuz I dont want to contact back and forth with this sh*t anymore. Then She got it .And 2 days later, she sent me an email to say that oh, tomorrow (5/20/2022) your apartment will be fulfilled by the new resident and you left that apartment with a malodor smelling.oh wow. I don’t have dogs or smoking at all.And then she emailed me to say that she will adjust $92.01 more for cleaning the smell of the apartment on the bill . Will You send me anymore bills tomorrow or the days after? Why I have to pay more and more and more after receiving the bill in paper? and I am ready to get it to the court .I am easy but don’t let me down. I have my photos when moving out anyway. Please get through this easily. I dont pay anything more.Never.

I recently moved out because I purchased a home. I just needed more room. The apartments are great! The maintenance is quick to respond (he lives on site) the Manager, Megan Waters is Fantastic. She seems to be able to recall EVERYONE’S name. Always friendly, and will go out of her to assist you in anyway possible! I’m going to miss her and ALL my wonderful neighbors!

Sweetest little apartment neighborhood. My husband and I lived here for three years and absolutely loved it. We had the best neighbors in the world. In my opinion, this apartment complex is the best New Braunfels has to offer. The manager Megan is on top of things and is very sweet. Mark, the fix-it guy, is just wonderful. He’s so personable and happy to sit for a chat and get to know you by first name. They were flexible with us and our decorating adjustments as long as they were renter friendly. We had the cutest porch and enjoyed many evenings relaxing outside. I really enjoyed living here and will definitely miss these wonderful people!

The best! Megan and Mark are quick to respond, efficient and super-friendly. Every problem we've had (which were very few) was handled immediately and to our satisfaction. Small-town village atmosphere. Friendly neighbors. Quiet. We love it here.

I worked here for several months doing maintenance and it was my favorite property out of many in central Texas. Megan and Mark really taught me a lot and were always so kind and helpful. All the residents are also super friendly and patriotic which is very nice to be around. The gardens and flowers everywhere are also super underrated in the reviews. It’s a beautiful propertyThey keep it clean and for a older property it’s in great shape and looked after by everyone. In my opinion the review score should be higher, they have almost full occupancy year around under the current management and the true resident satisfaction is extremely high, even during the Texas freeze.I sincerely would recommend this place to my own family!

Be sure to request a Death Clause to your lease. They required the lease's 12th month's rent after my mother passed in 10th month and we retained the unit so as to vacate and clean for the month after her death. We returned the keys 2 weeks early after complete cleaning and disinfectant. Their 'benevolence' actually shared was "we didn't charge you to take down the curtains" which were nice and left behind on the 3 windows for the gaining tenant's initial occupancy privacy.

Living here felt like having a sweet little extended family (the kind that you get along with ??). Our children adored our sweet elderly neighbors and there were some kids their age as well! A good inter-generational mix! I felt so safe living here and there was hardly anyone at the pool and fitness center. Our kids LOVED it! Our fridge gave out on Thanksgiving night and Mark (the maintenance guy) came within 10 minutes and fixed it! Megan helped us move in quickly and was so personable, professional and informative. I’ve never seen an apartment complex so incredibly managed, between Megan and Mark and the sweet neighbors, this little complex felt like home for the nine months that we lived here!!
