I have never had a better experience with an automotive service. Brandon was a wonderful human being to work with and he did his best to make sure that the issue with my vehicle was solved as quickly as possible and with the best price he could offer. Teri and Heather have also been so kind and pleasant and the technicians worked to get me back on the road. I'm simply thrilled to have found them.

I will not use them after last two repairs, bolts weren’t tightened, did not address problems long term on my vehicle from diesel contamination, plugged into computer to spit out codes without thinking long term damage from Diesel contamination, They had a blank check from a insurance company for repairs, SUV has not run right since initial repairs, they have no mechanical foresight on what should have been replaced, no confidence on this repair shop to get the job done right, addressed this issue with management and owner with no ownership of issues. Lame excuses!
Response to the owners : I did call in to complain both times the bolts weren’t tightened on the spark plugs, so if your rep didn’t put it in the computer then it’s on you. Your own paperwork from the last inspection stated “Diesel can damage the converters “, a mechanics expertise is what I pay for to tell me what can go wrong in the future, replacing what could go wrong with the vehicle long term is not being dishonest, it’s what I expect from a shop with professional mechanics since the damage to the engine was done by no fault on my part it was the Gas stations fault. I left the garage because I was getting no where with you. The engine light has not been off except for the first couple of months after you’ll replaced the fuel pump, spark plugs, drained the tank etc then it has been lit up since. Replacing what you know will be affected by the diesel short time and long term is what I expect from any shop since you’ll are the experts. I have had many cars with over 200,000 miles with no catalytic issues, so it’s lame to say my current SUV is at the miles converters go out, that’s not true, plus your own inspection review paperwork stated that diesel can ruin converters. I also went around to Auto parts stores in NB to find out who is recommended for car repairs cause I’m not satisfied with you. I went to 4 different auto parts stores and none of them said Christian Brothers, you were not in the top three. I relied on your shop for expert care and I am not satisfied that I received that. I have not had this from other shops I have used in the area. I stick to what I put down here and what I told you. Now I am fighting with the insurance company to get them to pay for the additional repairs that you should have taken care of regardless of the date of the first repairs when you had the chance. Feedback should always be welcome good and bad whether you want to accept it is on you. One positive is you didn’t charge for the last overall inspection of all the engine components.

Awesome place. I need some work done on my mom's car and everyone went out of their way to help especially the service manager Colin. True and honest professionals and I cant.thank them enough, highly recommended!!!

I was traveling through town when my vehicle had some trouble. Christian Bros immediately took my vehicle in and assessed my damages. The staff were extremely professional and courteous. I cannot recommend this place enough and I owe these guys a huge thank you.

Had tow truck take my car to Christian Brothers at 3:00 am. Dropped keys with note on drop box. They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle and kept me updated. They also picked me up when my vehicle was ready. Excellent service and I am always surprised how reasonable the in t inotal cost is. Very honest. True customer service company!

I was very pleased with my first set of visits in early June. I wanted a complete tune-up, but they did an inspection and only recommended a few things, which of course saved me money and time. One of the recommendations was to replace the brakes. They told me, "the front brakes are worn and should be replaced, but the back are at 4mm, and while they'd need to be replaced soon, they have life on them." So front brales were replaced. It took the day but they had a great shuttle to drive me home and pick me up when the car was ready. I took the car in yesterday (less than 4 weeks later) to have the brakes rechecked because of persistent squeaking and was informed the back breaks needing replacing because it was grinding metal on metal. Now, I'm not upset that the brakes need to be replaced. I'm upset because I had someone check them who told me they were fine for a while. Expectations set. Why didn't they see that before? So then they quoted another over $500 quote, which I declined. I felt defeated and angry. I was hopeful that this would be our shop for years to come. I was very disappointed and disgruntled, especially when no one said a word to me when I picked the car up about apologies or explanations. We have a 7000 mile road trip planned in two weeks. I thought I was doing everything right. This "service" just didn't feel right and left a sour taste.
