I couldn’t connect my chormebook to my hotspot. Dropped it off late morning. Jim did a factory reset. I was up and running by mid afternoon. He clearly explained everything. And charged me just for an hour if this time.

Super fast and affordable Service. Jeff was able to recover most of my files from my dead hard drive, replace the old one with a newer more reliable SSD and had it back to me within a day. My computer now runs better than ever and I saved about $1,000 by not having to buy new.

Trying to get a hand-me-down iMac set-up was taking way too much of my time stopping down to google every question about updating OS and email accounts. Decided to call CenTex, dropped the computer off at 5p and next day at 11a everything I asked to get done was done with a lot of tips and reassurance to call with ANY questions. Easy & friendly!
