Absolute garbage facility. They don't fix anything until it starts cost them money, safety be damned. The silos and scales are filthy all the time, the silos and conveyor systems constantly drop product on trucks, drivers and employees. It's a fuster cluck of the highest order. I don't know how OSHA and the EPA haven't shut them down yet. I have loaded truck off a rail yard with more competency and cleanliness.

Boys in the silo are full of complete “@&$ they literally walk around reading the company hand book strict. Probably top 3 of the worst plants to get loads/ deliver too.

The entry gantry on silo 2 is a huge safety issue. It’s just a matter of time till it seriously injures someone.

This was part of a 3rd grade field trip from Comal ISD. It included guided visits to the floor of the quarry with stops at various equipment or heavy rock crushing facilities. They've just started giving school field trips post pandemic. It was a very worthwhile journey.
