I had a great experience with this shop when I needed 4 tires and a brake job on a Saturday. They called around for the tires and gave me options and fixed up my car at a reasonable price. I also needed an alignment which they arranged for me to have at their Schertz shop the following week because a specialist was located there. They kept in communication with me the whole time. This all happened after I had taken my car to the dealership the day before; the dealership took half the day to send me a video of the problem and never sent an estimate at all despite repeated requests. So I was relieved to find C&C - honest people who do good work at a fair price.

What a rip off. Terrible customer service from cashier woman. Found this place close by due to a flat I had. They didn’t have a tire I needed but service guy informed me I did have a spare under my van I was unaware of so he removed 4 lug nuts and installed my spare. Took about 2min. Went to cashier lady and she charged me $20 for removing 4 lug nuts. No balancing of tire. No air. Literally just 4 nuts. She laughed when I questioned the cost. Will report to the Better Business Bureau.

This is my third visit at this shop (I seem to pick up all the bolts on the streets of New Braunfels) and I've yet to leave disappointed. They are quick and will get you in and out! Definitely beats waiting all day or even days at chain companies like Firestone and Dicount!!

Both techs outside turned away as I approached them to ask about looking at my leaking tire, so I walked inside and the guy at the desk on his phone looks up at me then back down at his phone watching a tik tok. There was one car being worked on, and no customers in the office. No reason to ignore me more than any other customer, so expect the same if you come here.

The work got done but they obviously went threw my vehicle. I have no idea if anything was stolen but why do that to someone who paid you for help. Who knows what else they did. Don’t come here to get work done on your vehicle!

Had four tires put on my car, and front end suspension work done on my wife. Eloy and his team are honest and hard working. Will definitely use these guys again, and recommend them to friends and family.

Great place!! Fast service. Same price point (used) from other shops but C&C was the only place that had my size 17 tire. Would highly recommend!
