Horrible experience working there they never scheduled me for hours and now they’re saying I quit when I never did. For those looking for employment I recommend looking somewhere else, they say their hiring but everyone they hire has less than 12 hours a week and are always asking for hours but never get them.

We are avid shoppers at Burlington (we shop there very frequently) however tonight's experience was just awful. I understand that it's getting close to the holidays and people are trying to get an early start on their shopping but the store was an absolute wreck. I honestly only saw an associate working her heart out to try her best to get the toy section picked up and one other associate in the fitting area, but no other associates working the floor that had clothes, shoes and other miscellaneous items just thrown on the floor. You can't get into the bathroom without a code which is totally understandable for loss prevention purposes, etc, but when I went to the bathroom, it was nothing short of looking like a run down homeless camp. Sadly there was toilet paper all over the floor in stall number one, stall number 2 had toilet paper in the toilet bowl and seemed like it hadn't been flushed in HOURS and stall number 3 ( the cleanest of the three) had a dirty diaper and toilet paper on the floor in the corner of the stall, and a pad wrapper left on top of the toilet paper dispenser. That bathroom had not been tended to or cleaned the whole day it seemed. There were 4 cashiers who were trying their best to get to everyone in a timely manner, however my cashier seems to be a bit disturbed when I asked her to please wrap my two glass candles I bought so they didn't break banging next to each other since she put them in the same bag.I waited my turn in line just like everyone else, so please take the extra two minutes to wrap my breakable items. A happy customer is almost always sure to return. I go there because the prices are great all around and I usually find great stuff for everyone, but I may need to rethink shopping at that particular store. Not so much because the store was a mess because let's be honest, during the holidays a lot of stores get like this, but let's try to do better with the bathrooms. It wouldn't hurt for management to put up a list and have someone check it hourly or a few times throughout the day.

This location is out my way but I enjoy coming to an organized place. Or maybe this location doesn’t receive a lot of shipment. It’s clean. The LP guy even asked if I wanted help to my car he’ll unlock the wheels.

I shopped on a Monday afternoon &the store was rather unkept & not fully stocked .I did purchase some kitchen items, but the store did not have much of a selection of womens plus tops & racks were very disorganized. Will give anither try soon.

Excuse me, I had an unpleasant experience at your store. An elderly woman approached me with a rather impolite demeanor approximately ten minutes before closing time. She insisted that I hurry up and proceed to the register. I found her behavior quite disrespectful and decided to leave my items behind. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter to ensure a more positive customer experience in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Incident just happened tonight.

Unlawful Imprisonment of Employees when Supervisors can't finish their tasks on time, Filthy store, They will Resell damaged and compromised goods by adding a discount. The store is often filthy. They do not provide training and they do not respect your job availability. They have a hiring sign and you should do yourself a favor and ignore it. Do not work or shop at this location. I was informed by OSHA to call the police for an occurrence that happened last month but I did not. The male supervisor is good and tries to bail out the others by working harder. He is the one that should be the manager. They even ask employees to manipulate cameras to cover their mistakes. I hope corporate sees this. They should be embarrassed at what goes on here.
