So far inside was great got what we wanted but when we got done shopping we was ready to put gas in and went behind a car to wait to pump and they all got out the car not pumping gas and seen us waiting behind them and continued to walk in the store. That needs to change if ppl are going to park at the gas pump to enter the place. A whole 6 ppl got out.

$350 mystery charge got my card cancelled by my bank. They did not care at all, said it happens. Well it will happen to you too so beware. If you HAVE to go here use cash. Who knows what else will just "happen" to you here.

Sandwiches and burritos are gross. No meat. Just sauce, fat, and bread. Very expensive. A true rip off

Love it. Not sure how anybody couldn’t. Huge selection of branded merch and fresh food, and a monstrous line of gas pumps. My first visit made me a fan. Long live that beaver.

Don’t buy shirts without trying on first! I had bought six shirts for my family members, and once they were tried on at home we realized 3 needed to be exchanged for different sizes. I returned to the store two days after, shirts were in perfect condition with tags and stickers still on, and my receipt and was told ONLY TWO THINGS can be returned or exchanged. When I asked the manager I was told it was their policy. I am incredibly frustrated as I was told I would be able to return with my receipt, and was never told about any other policy! I was incredibly baffled and continued to ask why I was never told. The manager then tried to show me a sign that’s completely cover and not visible to anyone. Try your shirts and anything you may buy here on, or make several separate transactions so this does not happen to you.

I got a ham and cheese melt with sauce and it was gross due to my whole sandwich being drowned in the sauce so much so that the bun was soggy it was not good!!!??

If I could give zero stars, I would. Where to begin.. over the summer it appears the “kitchen” aspect has really taken a turn for the worst.
You can no longer order your food as you like it, and only have the option to eat the premade sandwiches, mostly BBQ.. but they won’t offer you pickles or onions. I asked and I was looked at like I was strange. No more French fries, no more turkey club sandwiches.
Bathrooms- not the cleanest. First time I have seen this ever.
Customer service- par for the course.
Evidently, I’m not the only one who has seen such a drastic negative change here.. bc when we walked in today, there were no more than 6 other customers. Usually we walk in and it’s elbow to elbow customers.. sorry to see such changes that are disappointing.

Always love stopping at a bucees but this location should be ashamed of their customer service. They sold 360 cups to one person not allowing other customers the chance to purchase an item they traveled so far for. Limitations should be made when it comes to seasonal items so that all customers visiting can have a chance at purchasing. Letting resellers purchase hundreds of cups at once just so they can turn around and sell them online for double or triple the amount just ruins the experience of visiting a bucees.

Worse customer service and company. They only care about making money. My wife and I traveled to this store to find that 360 of the halloween cups were sold to one person, who is selling them online for $50+. We asked the manager about possibly holding one or a direct number to call the store to check for in stock cups, but they don't allow it. We were told, "If you find one, buy it." Then he brushed us off. Halloween shirts were also completely sold out. This company should put a limitation on seasonal items. If you're looking for seasonal Bucee's items, try another store.
