They are on top of the oil change market in New Braunfels area. They have a team changing the oil and call out to each other when they are working to avoid issues that can be damaging issues down the road.

Left after sitting in line for 20 min. Car after car pulls in. They need to rearrange cars and in doing so, put someone who just pulled up in front of me based his word that “He was here first.” I’ve used this place before many times but no longer. My time is valuable as I’m sure everyone’s is but this is a simple task keeping up tabs on who’s next in line. Valvoline Express Care across town got me in/out in less than 10 min. Friendly professional service and closer to home.

I came in for an oil change, and not only was service quick and done well, the rep came to my window to confirm what I wanted before getting started. He then priced it and confirmed it before proceeding with the oil change. The team here is incredibly knowledgeable and polite. As a female, many times I get told bad information by people who assume I don't know anything about cars--that has never happened here. I have never been surprised by cost or "did you know x was wrong with your car?" predatory tactics. 10/10 service

Went for an inspection, the guy told me he was finishing up another one and would be with me “in just a minute” and told me where to park on the side of the building. I pulled over where he told me and waited almost 30 minutes with no one acknowledging me or giving me an update on a timeline. I finally gave up and left. Won’t waste my time with them again.
