Excellent service and attention!! They brought back to life a 25 year old Hamilton watch for me. I had taken it to an other local jeweler who told me it wasn't worth the repair cost. It was to me. The best news is Mr. Borrego and his team did it for a small fraction of the value of my watch. I'd give them ten (10) stars if I could!!

I Went in to get an old watch fixed if it was possible. The band was broken and I couldn’t remember why it wasn’t working. In a matter of minutes my watch was running and the band was repaired. It was a nice old watch and I spent less having it repaired than OwTimex. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend this jewelry store.

Highly recommend! I took my wife's ring to another jewelry store to get the prongs fixed on the head to secure the diamond and when I went to pick it up, without my approval mind you, they removed the stone, cut the band in half, and replaced the band with a random cheap band!
I took the ring and pieces to Borrego and not only were they able to repair the original (which I bought as a 17 yr old 33 yrs ago) but they also were able to create a custom anniversary band to compliment the original band and wrap perfectly! They will treat you like they value not just your business, but the story you bring with it.
