Dropped a truck off there to be worked on and now 25 Days have passed and they have not even touched it yet. The service specialist could not answer any questions after I waited on hold for him for almost 30 minutes, said he would call me back and had not. Terrible service department, stay away from them.

I was told my vehicle would be ready within 2-3 weeks. today marks 6 weeks since it has been in the shop. that shit is absolutely pathetic. there's not a single excuse in the world

Fantastic service and low pressure experience with Tom Brandt and Steve Fekkos. Bought a Mach E today and both were excellent.
