I got a new hard to get right now 2024 hybrid Maverick that wasnt even on the lot yet. Great experience with Bluebonnett as always. Salesman Robert Black was easy to deal with and kept me updated on delivery as promised the whole time even sending updates during holiday's and his days off. What happened to my favorite dealership? I was particularly disappointed by a female in the service department. Unfortunately, they seemed to be the weakest link in the chain, which affected my overall experience negatively. Such issues can have a ripple effect and impact customer satisfaction significantly. I hope Bluebonnet addresses this to prevent further disappointments." I also spoke with someone recently about their experience being turned away after they had a check engine light on a 2024 Ford vehicle. He spoke to, the same female I recently encountered and her first question was not to assist him and earn his trust and gain a new customer. No it was" did you buy it here"? When answered honestly thinkg what does it matter I should be able to have it serviced at any authorized dealer. She told him you'll have to wait 3 weeks! Remember folks when you walk in that front door to purchase that $110,000 Navigator this is how service and management will treat you. And from what I'm hearing NO WE CAN'T Is becoming their new slogan.

Ethan was tremendous in getting us the best deal on our new F350 truck and getting us the best trade in for our previous vehicle than any other dealer we had been to. Travis is financing was awesome in getting us just the right after market packages that we needed such as extended warranty coverage and maintenance and not trying to hard sell us on things that are just fluff.

Was given the run around when I came into the dealership as well as called on the phone to speak to someone make a claim to have my windshield replaced through an extended warranty I had purchased through Ford.
Don’t be fooled by these high volume dealerships, the only time they want you to return is when you are buying another vehicle.

I scheduled recall work about one month ago and my truck was brought in on Thursday 5 September 2024. In addition to the recall work, I requested BBF look at the brakes and replace them if necessary. I didn't hear anything from BBF since my truck was picked up, so I called the service department on 9 Sept 2024. I was told that my truck was still (# 8) in line for recall work, and the brakes have not been looked at yet. And the service technician cannot give an estimated work start date/time.
What is the point of scheduling work, if the work is NOT scheduled? And the oversight and management of workflow is suspect. My truck sat since last Thursday 5 September. Knowing they were behind in recall work, BBF could have scheduled the brake work while my trucked awaited a slot to perform the recall work. Now, my truck will sit in line, then come out of the recall maintenance queue, and await the brake inspection, and further maintenance, if necessary.
You have no idea how disappointed I am!
