We just bought our first, NEW utility truck from Bluebonnet Commercial Truck Center. I must say, they were fantastic! Chad and Brian were great to work with and fast. From the moment I reached out to them, got approved for a loan and picked up the vehicle that was in stock, it was a 24 hour turn around. We highly recommend them! Thank you guys.

Another great deal from Bluebonnet Ford. I am a buyer that isn't afraid to travel for a good car deal and these guys have done an amazing job over and over again. 4th major transaction there and I am still happy. Service has also been good to me and always gets me taken care of right and quickly. Will over at service took good care of one transaction while Jeff over at the commercial lot got 2 other ones knocked out for me in the same day.

Ordered a new crew cab lariat cab chassis from Cass W. and get a price for 73,280.00. I emailed to make sure the invoice price he emailed was correct and I had a check already printed for BB Motors when the truck came in. I called Cass to ask about coming out to Texas to pick it up since I would be coming from Tennessee. He advised me to use a Taxi or Uber once I flew in as they do not guarantee pick up from the airport! Really?? 73K and you can't even pick someone up? Then he calls me and says that he thinks he can get me some rebates and he would let me know. Approximately 20-25 mins later I get an email with a NEW PRICE, which was 74,877.00. Cass took away what rebate was listed as "factory rebate" so he increased the price. This pissed me off, as I have never seen such unprofessional dealings in my life. We are not talking about pennies either. I was just shelled shocked as to the audacity of a company that could treat a customer this way after a deal and check had been finalized. So then I told him that I would still come and get the truck if he would knock off 700 dollars. He said that he could not help me. I have never seen this kind of treatment from sales teams. I was looking forward to purchasing this truck, however after this kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from Blue Bonnet's sales folks, I will never ever think of using them or giving any recommendations. Even in writing, it's not worth the paper if it comes from BB Motors. I have all documentation to back up this review!
