I wish to let the public know. Do not and I repeat, do not bring your car here. You will not get good customer service. I sent my car here for the third time. The first was in 2016 when Texas had the hail damage issue. The job took a little longer than expected. The quality was good. The issue of time was expected. The second was in January of 2022. The quality of craftsmanship was sub par. I had hard times getting information about my vehicle. Customer service was not good. I had to take it back for adjustment to the lift gate. It was fixed. I was not enthused about the performance of the shop. I thought maybe they had issues with employees or personnel up front. So this time I would give them another chance. This collision was the worse experience ever. I dealt with Bobbie the processor and Jason the manager. I put the car in the shop on April 15th 2024. I picked up my car on July 23rd. I was not happy with this business. I had 2 collisions going at the same time. They have a hard time giving you a return call. I left many messages. I was hung up on. I had to drive to the shop from another town in order to get answers. I did find out that they had to order new wheels for my car because the other 2 they had were damaged. The ones they had where never checked after they ordered them until it was needed to complete the job and do the alignment. I had to wait 2 extra weeks for the issue. They were installed and they needed to replace a strut due to noises coming from the suspension that was fixed a year ago. Then they finally get my car back. I needed to return 2 days later to have a hose reinstalled, a plate reinstalled under the side mirror button, and my windshield wipers fixed. Photos included. They fixed the issues and no I noticed that other pieces were not installed correctly and missing covers for the wipers. After this experience. I would be glad to say, I will never take my car back to them. The experience was horrible. The quality of customer service is horrible. The quality of craftsmanship is not the greatest either. The bad reviews on Google are real and true. Watch this business if you plan to bring your car here. Be careful.

Terrible about answering phones/voicemail. They didn't seem prepared for my appointment drop off and didn't remember what it was for. They've had my vehicle for a week and haven't given me a single update call or text. This is not Bluebonnet quality...

Horrible service and even worse communication to customers. front desk staff are awesome! Stefanie was the service rep and was either with a customer or off. I will never use this company again. i purchased from bluebonnet lincoln thinking i would get great service. Nope! I only received updates twice via text.

Experience was over all great - my only complaint was when my insurance company totaled my car no one at Bluebonnet Collision told me I had to verbally release my car to the insurance company, so they wouldn’t release my car & it held up receiving my insurance check for over a week.

So I had to get my rear gate replaced after doing some self-inflicted damage in a parking lot. I got a number estimates and went with Bluebonnet Collision since I have a new truck (11k miles) and wanted the job done right. Bluebonnet dealt with my insurance company and got a new, not used, rear gate for my truck. They matched the paint perfectly and took care of everything down to the respray of the bed liner on the gate. In my case, the final cost (after deductible) was less than the other estimates I received. Not just about cost, but superb quality of work. Hats off to Nick at Bluebonnet for making it all work!
