I had the pleasure of working with Travis at BBDodge, and even though we didn't end up purchasing the vehicle today, I couldn't recommend him enough. By far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I found the truck on FB and was working with a sales agent to come check out the truck. We discussed price and what I needed to be in the truck for. After he spoke with finance, he agreed they could sell the truck for the price I needed. I showed up with a preapproval and money to put down that day. After I arrived it was an entirely different story and the price I asked for and was told was approved was not doable. I was still able to come to an agreement for the vehicle but was not too happy with the misled information. He then asked for my Social Security Number for his records and assured me they would not run it. Well 20 minutes later they ran it any ways after I told them to not run it multiple times. When I brought this issue up to the management and they told me the Salesman was very new and not fully trained. Very unprofessional to allow someone to sell your vehicles that is not fully trained. The truck since has had many issues and been in the service shop 2 times in 2 weeks. It still has the same issues and will have to be taken in once again. I will never buy another vehicle from BB again. Worked with James Lanoue Salesman

I really wish this dealership would do a better job and training for their customer service and follow up. Twice I have tried to engage them, once for sales, once for service.
I came in two years ago looking at buying a new or used truck, and spoke at length with a sales rep. We exchanged information near closing and he was going to get back with us the next business day to find a truck to our requirements. I never heard back from him. I even made a follow up call and left a message and did not get a return call, so I moved on.
This past Tuesday evening (8/13/24) I stopped in to request a quote for service to replace the wiring harness connector into my TIPM where the AC blower motor goes into the TIPM. I have three young daughters and NO AC, so I did a ton of research on what I needed and what the fix is and decided I did NOT want to re-pin the connector myself and requested the quote for diagnostics and parts/labor. I left my contact information with the service desk and was told I would be contacted the next day via phone or email. Again, no follow up.
I am glad business is so good that you do not need to bring in or keep new customers, but it is a shame my local dealership seems to fail at basic customer service follow through.

Bought a 2022 Dodge challenger cash in 2022 .. when I bought it I was told I would get a cash was pass for and year and never got it went out there 3 different times to pick up the pass and every time they said they don't have anymore still wanting for more passes to come in.. So if u buy are car here and they promise you something make sure u get it on the spot because they don't keep their work on something as simple as a car wash pass for a year.. First and last time I'll buy a car here over $30,000 cash on a car and they can't hold up their end of a deal..

04/30/2024 SMALL CLAIMS COURT FILED! Took my wife's van in for a tune up, new plugs and a pvc valve and oil change. I didn't get in the van for a few weeks, when I did it was running worse than when we took it in. I looked under the hood and they spilled oil everywhere, and the dust that was on the motor cover was untouched, I didn't get new plugs or a pvc valve, unless they put the dust back on the engine cover. I called and told them it was running worse than before (that is before I looked under the hood), they told me I would need to leave the van for at least a month, and it would be $200.00 to diagnose. Instead I filed a BBB complaint, AG complaint, Google Review, and a Bank Fraud case. They sent my wife a video showing the air filter off, that needs to be replaced according to them (it was replaced one week before by me), they stated the tires needed to be rotated (we had new tires put on the month before) they stated we needed an alignment which we were told was not needed when new tires were put on, Instead of the 90.00 oil change we needed a 135.00 oil change (no reason why) and we needed a 10.00 dollar bottle of carb cleaner for 135.00. What's really strange is they took a video of the air filter out, but never get a video of the spark plugs out or the pcv valve out - because it was NEVER DONE! You can see how dusty the engine cover is, and still is, because they never did the work. If you look at the photo below you will see the engine cover is 100% covered in dust, and that is how we got the van back- impossible to remove the engine cover and leave ALL the dust untouched! Update 04-30-2024 Just filed a small claims court case, paid the filing fee, it is horrible that they didn't do the work, then tried to bully me by stating I need to drop off my van for a month. Looks like a common tactic they use to try to make you go away! They removed the plastic engine cover with disturbing the thick layer of dust - it's MAGIC!

I just bought a white Dodge Challenger R/T from Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge, and the whole experience was fantastic! Derek, my salesman, was amazing from start to finish. He was so patient and helpful, answering all my questions and making sure I had all the info I needed. Derek was a fair negotiator and incredibly honest, which made me feel like I was working with an ethical team. The car had no issues and everything went smoothly. The test drive was a blast, and Derek's friendly, professional attitude made everything go smoothly. If you're looking for a car, definitely go see Derek at Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge. Worst service ever! Bought a 2025 Ram 1500 Lonestar edition in May of 2024. Through July 15 2024 have had 3 different issues with in 2,500 miles. Telephone system doesn't work, EABR Emergency automatic breakings system is broken, and now check engine light is on. Todate nothing has been taken care of. You have to call the dealership to get any update on when and where they are with resolving issues. Worst product ever purchased and wish I would have stuck with Ford.

No haggle policy. So no negotiation. They will try to rob you at financing. Know what you qualify for. Tried to add 2% to my interest rate until I knew I qualified for less through my bank. They do not shop for the best rate. Should be illegal to make money taking advantage of people!

If I could put zero stars I would ! I had seen an 2021 Lincoln Navigator which I loved . I talked to the sales person who referred me to Arturo the finance manager , Arturo talked to me about the monthly payments and what I could afford . I explained what payment I could work with and what would be affordable to me . I didn’t get a call back for two days so i decided to call and ask what the status was . Arturo explained to me that the Lincoln Navigator was to much of a car for me that it wasn’t going to work for me . I totally understand maybe it wasn’t in my budget but don’t tell someone that it’s to much of a car for you because that can be insulting. Arturo maybe you can use better choice of words next time you talk to a client .

BRANNDON SMITH was our sales person. Let me say he's so courtious polite friendly and professional at his job. My wife and I went in looking for a used Chrysler Pacifica. We are grandparents have the 4 door and sports car but not a kid hauler. I've owned many Chrysel products and have been extremely happy lasting many many miles if maintained. We needed a grandkid hauler I was a little Leary but again Chrysler vehicles have always been there for the long haul. We met Brandon at the dealership he knew what we were looking for due to a previous phone call. When we arrived he met and greeted us and we hit it off right off the bat.
My wife and I throughly enjoyed meeting speaking and working with Brandon. Everything was so smooth and the Pacifica even though an older model was in excellent condition as Brandon stated. This vehicle was a certified vehicle and Brandon explained the benefits and it was the way to go with this Pacifica. Well to make a long story short We purchased the Pacifica and have made it our everyday car.
Hauling grandkids parents family has been a breeze. Even though a basic Pacifica everyone has commented at the look the comfort the performance. Thanks Brandon we look forward to seeing you again in the future. Let me not forget the finance officer he was AAA+ as everyone at the dealership was. This is my 4th car I have bought at Bluebonnet Chrysler. Thanks everyone Henry and Yolanda

I lost a key to my 2020 Ram 2500 and needed it replaced. Called a couple of locksmiths and Bluebonnet was comparable, I have had good experiences them previously, so I took it there. The day before, I noticed a couple of blemishes on the hood, so I pointed them out. When Bluebonnet got back to me after looking at it, they said they would paint the hood and would I like a loaner truck. Of course, since the would have it for a few days. In addition to the replacement key and paint, they recommended a new air filter and brake system flush. They showed me the filter and color of my brake fluid and the recommendations were legitimate. Before I gave them the go-ahead, I got a couple of prices for the same service and Bluebonnet was very reasonable for a dealership. I mention that because I’m always skeptical of dealership add ons. Additionally, Steven my service advisor was excellent. Professional, friendly and helpful. The paint job looks great and I’m very happy with the entire experience.
