Overall a fine place, but their pushy sales tactics at the payment terminal are exhausting. I don't need someone to rush over, grab my card out of the machine, and try to sign me up for a monthly membership. This isn't the employee's fault, I know, but management clearly needs to retrain to introduce some boundaries and manners.

Love that they give my car a little extra scrub before entering the big wash ♥️. Also, shout out to Ava who gave the extra effort today and toweled down the outside AFTER the wash while we used the high powered vacuums on the inside.

I hold a season membership with Big League and therefore visit it frequently. Everyone is always extremely nice and polite. I would like to praise Trent specifically for his special attention to detail. He always greets me with a gracious smile and wave. Thank you Trent for brightening my days in such an upside down world. I always drive away with a smile.

You're better off hand washing or self-service your vehicle. Tunnel doesn't even get all the grime off the vehicle in what seemed a low quality less than five minute pass. Plus they keep pushing membership for a sub par experience; no thanks.

Leo did a great job rinsing and taking extra care before I went through the wash. I work out of town in west Texas and the dust is a pain in the butt. Even though you’re never going to get all of it going cleaned through a drive car wash. Leo went above and beyond when I asked him if would rinse the truck prior to going through the wash. Guy did a good job. Thank you Leo!

I get my car washed less than once a month, but I will make sure it's always done at Big League now! Love that I can get my car washed and have access to free vacuums after. I am nine months pregnant and one of the staff members, Trista, saw me climb out and begin drying and vacuuming. She didn't hesitate to ask if I could use some help and I gladly accepted it! Thankful for a place where I can get my car washed and experience great customer service.

Car wash did a great job cleaning sun baked MX track mud off my truck. Vacuums really suck, in a good way. Plenty of clean rags. My only negative comment is that I wish they had cleaning sprays with the rags to use instead of purchasing from their vending machines. Other than that, great place to get an affordable and good quality car wash.

Outstanding car wash. Had a ton of bugs. Employee took care of them before we went through. By far best car wash in new braunfels. Came out sparkling clean!

So let me share my experience here. Today I was driving on I-35 and cans of something fell off a truck in front of me on the highway went under my car. Fast forward 5 minutes later I get out of my car to see the entire back of my new white SUV looking like it was splatter painted purple. I was so upset and immediately took to the car wash. Went through and was still on my car. Then anxiously scrubbing and super upset this amazing and kind young man Tyler K came out and offered to help me (little did he know I just had a major surgery) he suggested a little vinegar solution and a rewash. We used the vinegar and were successful getting off the metal parts and there was very minimal left that a good buff or touch up paint can remedy. This young man did not have to spend his day offering to help me in 100+ degree heat but he did and all the way with a smile. There isn’t often great customer service these days but Tyler went above and beyond…..keep being you Tyler and for all you did to help thank you so much! You guys should definitely go visit these folks!

Absolultely disappointing. The person receiving only wants to sell me the membership.
My car was not clean at all. Maybe a rainy day would clean it better than this place.
I paid 20usd and it was an absolute waste of my money.
I don't think I will go back there or recommend this place.
I recently move from Michigan to New Braunfels and I received great referrals from this place. I don't think those are true.
