Best car wash I have ever used. I bought the highest level monthly package, they get your vehicle clean every time. Handy microfiber towels and vacuums for customers. Locally owned and operated. Staff is always helpful and they are very attentive, easy to find and great problem solvers. McCutchen is always pitching a perfect game here.

We are done with this business. Two vehicles, two memberships. Both vehicles damaged twice in three years by their poorly trained, inexperienced staff running the equipment. Both vehicles damaged in the wash cycle.
Damaged denied by their in house "claims handler". The company admitted to the damage done and documented all, but since our vehicles are "OVER TEN YEARS OLD" they will not pay for any damage caused. We were told there is a "visible disclaimer" on all properties to this fact.
Ok... so what? When we signed up for our memberships they noted the year, make, model and color of the vehicles and took our monies monthly to a tune of $500 per year.
How does that conversation go?
"Hey new member, we really appreciate you signing up for annual membership with monthly debits from your bank to us, to wash your car with unlimited washes!"
"Oh, BTW, since your vehicle is older, if and when we damage it, in that 1 out of 100 washes you may get with is... we will not cover your loss.. Just a friendly FYI..."
They have NO ISSUE with taking your money. Our vehicles are well kept, well maintained and do not have any body damage. They are just not "younger".
Why provide a service, take payment, and hide behind a "disclaimer"? That's a "selectively discriminatory business practice."
We are being denied monetary relief after a loss at their hands because we own older vehicles. That's "bait and switch" fraud. The "benefits" apply to some selective vehicles that keep them in business, but not all vehicles when they damage them.
Why not just deny service to older vehicles instead and see how that goes. Or, just have ALL members sign a disclaimer that you will not be held liable for ANY damage to ANY vehicle regardless of age... That opens up a whole new pitfall for your business.
We will go back to washing our cars at home. That company doesn't deserve our money.
On a side note: My business offers a lifetime warranty on work performed. We don't tell clients our lifetime warranty applies to repairs of vehicles that are less than 10 years old only. So if we repair your vehicle at age 8, your warranty doesn't expire when it turns 10 or more years old.
That would be punishing your customer for not buying a new vehicle every few years. That's exactly what Big League Car Wash is doing.

Helpful staff!! Josh made a quick run over to us after seeing us struggling to take our antenna off - it was on there good haha!
Love that there are towels out to dry your vehicle more, and vacuums work great!

This Big League dries better than number one. The last time I was at Big League Car Wash number one, I didn't dry at all. I had spots all over, and I got the spot free wash.
