They lied to me and over charged me. I found the same tire everywhere else over $100.00 cheaper. They charged me and said they installed a 16 ply tire on my trailer. They installed a 10 ply and charged me for a 16. 235/80/16R load E is a 10 ply tire.

Thieves !!!! Use to be a 5 star tire shop now highway robbery how sad little girl running the place now use to be an old man now trying to charte double what it use to be $40 to just put a tire on a spare rim we brought off the vehicle already and balance what a joke do yourself a favor go anywhere else !!!!!!! That's nuts right down the road charges us $20 going to Palacio's tire shop from now on !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fast, Reliable, and open on the 4th of July! We got a flat tire late last night and thought it would be days to get a replacement. Checked hours and of course Best Deal in New Braunfels is OPEN! My son and I put on the spare then pulled into the driveway at Best Deal and the guys quickly assessed the issue with the tire and got us out of there in under ten minutes.
