This review is solely based on today’s experience with the geek squad. The manager of the geek squad is just simply the best customer service I have ever received, he went the extra mile at helping my husband figuring out how to transfer his data from one laptop to another. It was a tricky situation he told us that this is the second time dealing with this type of situation, but he figured out and literally saved our day! We are so grateful for his service, you simply don’t see that type of customer and when you do it needs to be recognized. Best Buy you have an amazing worker in Mr. Cardenas.

Employees literally ignored me. Saw me and acted like they were on phone. I wanted to buy a big speaker for parties and the river but no service not even a smile.

Bought 2 monitor from best buy in New Braunfels … i have had to exchange them 2 times … due to malfunction on there part. I am standing here and they won’t exchange it due to it being 15 out … it’s a power issue not cable or human error. they did not offer me an extend warranty and will not have the general manager come out and help. I am not happy I will never buy from Best Buy again !
