Worst rental experience in my life!! BEWARE of the rental “home” on Paisano Street!!!! Once you move in, Berkshire Hathaway has NOTHING to do with the home or how owners treat you! They will show up at your house and cuss at you in front of your children if you don’t answer a phone call (Im serious)!!They don’t want to fix anything when you report issues but will blame you for things that were already damaged! They will harass you to move out, even when they have been paid!! Nightmare experience!!! Make sure you take photos and inventory anything damaged or you’ll be blamed at the end of your lease.

My family that means the world to me. Would like to take a moment to say how much your realitor Julie Gezella means to us. She has handled not 1 but 2 home purchases for us. She is also working with a close family friend on his first home. My husband and I have purchased and sold a couple of house in our life. I am very familiar with the process and how much time and effort goes into each one. Julie is without a doubt the most dedicated Realtor we have had the pleasure of working with. She cares and that says so much. Customer service is not what it used to be and I have worked in that field for 30 years. Julie's integrity, attention to detail along with listening to her clients no matter their age or price point sets a very high standard for those who work in this field. She makes the process seem effortless yet we all know it isn't. I hope that this review does not fall on deaf ears because you have a very special asset in your company that should be recognized for going above and beyond what is asked of her.
