Was walking in and turned the corner heading towards the kids' section and saw something on the floor, continued walking and it ran away, it looked like a mouse!! I ran out of there with my kids in disgust. Don't think I could go back, but I did let them know, so hopefully, they will take care of the problem.

Unfortunately you can only shop for a few minutes from the heat inside this building. The air conditioner must still be broken because they have a few portable air conditioners one sitting at the woman's dressing room and the other 1 at the front check out.

Bought a cubic zirconia ring for 30$ nowhere on the box did it say what the metal was so i assumed since u can buy sterling silver for less, this ring would last well here I am finding out two months later it’s a cheaply made ring didn’t last a year products arnt worth it shop elsewhere

I have always loved shopping at the New Braunfels store. For at least 2 months, the store has been too warm to shop. Can't try on clothes when it is hot. Also have noticed items disorganized and supplies low. So many empty racks and shoes department is very, very messy. Only staff is at makeup and checkouts. Although your staff works in that heat all day long, they are always very nice and efficient. Please fix AC.

Ladies at the service desk having a conversation amongst themselves, glanced at me, and continued the conversation. So I left without service. Also the temperature inside was very warm.

Thank you so much for such a great experience After so many years of begging my husband for a black Tahoe I finally got it have had many never blk but Northpark had exactly what I wanted. I love my new Tahoe. Our sales person was on it oh and happy birthday I love my Tahoe thank you again.

I usually don’t post negative reviews, but there has been a consistent issue at this store! I use to love to shop at Belk-New Braunfels! However, every time I visit the store it is in disarray and little to no inventory. It looks like they are going to close the doors, any day. It’s very disappointing, since this is one of the main department stores in town.
Employees have been unfriendly or nonexistent when asking for help.
