Service was great. Would not purchase a replacement iPhone battery from them as you do lose a couple of features and they did not inform us of this and we found out after the fact.

This place is a joke. Everything in this store is much cheaper on Amazon. But more importantly, the service here at this store is the worst. I've been shopping here for years for the convenience but never again. The store manager is the worst. Incredibly rude, i can't finish a sentence without him talking over me. I've noticed how rude this person "lane" is and try to dismiss it, but today was too much. I tried to park in there parking spot but the employee at the vehicle in the spot next to it had the driver's side door open and looked at me, snickered and walked away with the door open. He came back but stood in the open doorway. Looking at me laughing. When i tried to tell the manager, he yelled at me immediately. I will never spend my money here again. I had to go full karen and call corporate to complain. Long story short, go elsewhere.

Batteries Plus provides great service and helpful technicians. Used them to replace my battery in IPhone. Thankfully they had part. Made an appointment and changed my battery.I came in 10 minutes late which is not ideal and they were able to help me. Thank you Clark!

Congrats, Ive never left anyone a bad review before. This one is well earned. Ive been a battery and bulbs customer at this location for many years, I prefer the smaller folks over the large corporations. So I brought my 15 month old battery with 24 month warranty in because of quick discharging. They charged it up and sent me back home with a good bill of health. After several more days of troubleshooting the battery drain (pic attached) I brought the battery back having learned it wouldn't hold a charge even without a load. So I returned mere days after the first visit to let them know what I had found, that this is for sure a bad battery. This time they agreed it was indeed bad and would not charge... but then went on to say "it would not be covered under the warranty" and "its in the fine print". According to them the battery was too low on voltage (mere days after their misdiagnosis) that it no longer qualifies for warranty replacement. This was the worst customer service experience I've had in a very long time. Ive told one friend about this and unbelievably he had a similar story on a key fob they would not warranty. Make your own conclusions but I could never trust these guys to do the right thing by their customers, at least not when things dont go to plan. Back to Walmart for me.

Store associate was extremely courteous and polite. He was extremely helpful and offered personal experiences that were extremely helpful in my situation. I will definitely go back to the store for any battery in bulb needs.

Horrible service and shady business practices. I went in looking for batteries for my garage door remotes. I was told $10 for one time change for one of the remotes and $20 for lifetime. I was never told that the price included an Install charge. This is for the employee to open the remote and replace the battery, which I can do myself. I was looking around and saw a two pack cost 9.99. When I inquired the price difference I was then told at that point there was a charge to change the batteries. There was no apology offered for misunderstanding, only a snarky comment about how I should have known the difference when I walked in to ask for a price. I asked for my old batteries and all I got was oh we've already recycled them.

Rude, rude, rude. Stay away. Horrible awful customer service. AND don't even respond with "we are sorry". NO YOU ARE NOT. You are nasty people with nasty attitudes. Reporting you to corporate after this review.Edit: Your inability to find me in your system is just another of your many, many inadequacies. Get your act together.I was there with someone purchasing items. I am not in your system. You are just trying to play off how truly awful and nasty you are.

Don’t waste your money buying anything they claim to give a “lifetime “ warranty that you can exchange anytime. The kids behind the counter have no idea and want to see the original receipt.
