It’s a nice well stocked store store but the employees are really rude. On multiple occasions both my husband and I couldn’t get help and were treated poorly or just walked out because the employees were behind the counter talking amongst themselves and couldn’t be bothered. The app says things are in stock but if you can’t find it and try and ask about it you get rude short answers. I’ll just order online and pay the shipping fee to avoid this store.

Went today, bought some stuff here but upon checkout, the girl behind the counter was very rude. There were no words exchanged during my transaction. I thought I would fight rudeness with kindness. I told her to "have a nice day ", and she turned around and ignored us . Not "here you go" or an "ok, bye." I go to the Stone Oak location alternatively at different times and they are never rude, always nice , every time. At this location, every time I've shopped here, the employees are not kind, if you have a reward, they try to exclude it at this location. The New Braunfels location is unfortunately closer to where we live than Stone Oak. I will be calling the 1-800 number on the receipt, normally I let it go every time I shop there but after numerous similar experiences(with different employees) at this location, I am reporting it this time. Perhaps upper management needs to improve their training experience for the employees at this location on how to make customers not completely regret buying their products there because they are so rude. Again, I've shopped other locations and always had a positive transaction. This is the only Bath & BodyWorks with a repetitive and negative experience.

Very nice Bath n Body Works. Spacious, nice location, lots of parking, and bigger inventory than other locations. The staff is very friendly and helpful ? and you can always find good deals. Highly recommend.
