Was in town from 6hrs away for an event, and my battery died. Also had just a had a minor surgery 3days prior and was in no shape to change the battery but was gonna have to! José helped me find what the issue was, as well as took time in the heat to switch both my batteries out without me ever having to ask him! He changed them both out fast! Total lifesaver! Also a young lady that was working a register stayed a few minutes after her shift so that Jose could get me taken care of! In a New World where customer service is pretty much non existent at every turn, Thank you soo much for having such a compassionate and helpful team here! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I want to give kudos to Joaquin. He went above and beyond my expectations. The engine light was on and he was able to read the codes. He suggested a few things that could be wrong. Also tested my battery and helped me with a couple filters needed. He was very helpful. Joaquin is an asset to the company and he should be recognized. Young people with a great attitude and work ethic like his are hard to come by. I’ll be going back to this location should I need anything else for my vehicles.

Today Joaquin assisted me with a fuse issue! He was the most delightful young man and very efficient. Honestly he was a breath of fresh air in the service industry. I'm not sure if management offers bonus or retention for recognition of excellent work ethic but this is a young man you want to retain for your team! I was back in business in matter of minutes! Please ensure management is informed!

Went in about an hour before close to get some windshield wipers. They helped us get in and out quickly and showed us how to use the new self checkout.

If you need help with your vehicle, ask for Dante. He is very kind, knowledge and hardworking. My battery was going out, unbeknownst to me, and without any question, he helped me pick a new battery and then changed it out. We had great conversation the whole time and I'm thoroughly impressed with this young man.

I experienced an issue with my Dodge truck early this morning and went to this location. They opened the doors for me ahead of schedule to offer assistance. A gentleman by the name of Anthony Morrison was beyond helpful in getting me the service I needed and answered all questions. I got a diagnostic test done and everything showed up good but was still having issues. Anthony referred me to a local mechanic that does more in depth diagnostic testing. I am currently a military member and arrived at this location in uniform as I was trying to make it to base on time. Anthony thanked me for my service and we chatted about how one of his family members is a pilot in the AF. I ended up having to make a purchase in store and was given a military discount. As the day continued I was able to find the issue with my truck and called back to the store, long behold Anthony answered the phone. He didn't have the part I needed in stock but was able to make a call and get it delivered to the store today before 1600. I have always used Autozone as my goto for parts and accessories. The amount of customer service, respect and just flat out generosity Anthony gave to me is just another reason why I will continue to use this exact location. Shout out to Anthony for all the help! Keep up the great customer service and friendly attitude!

AutoZone has always been that parts store where they don't make commission on sales and they really don't gain anything by trying to upsell you anytime I've been asked to get something extra it's always ended up being used in the job being g done
