I was initially referred to ATS by another mechanic in New Braunfels. Since that time I have brought my vehicles to Aaron on multiple occasions. On each occasion, he provided exceptional service and took time to explain the issue and resolution.
I had a situation where my vehicle was elsewhere. I called to ask a question and he immediately started thjnk about the issue and give advice over the phone. Once I had the vehicle back. I took it straight to his shop and ran quick diagnostic and we had a path forward.
Customer service is great. Prices are reasonable .

Receive amazing service and plan on going back for all our vehicle service needs! We called about an AC problem with our truck not really sure where to start on getting it looked at or a quote to have it fixed and Aaron was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable!! We dropped the truck off last night after hours, got it inspected today, diagnosed and serviced to have back on the road this evening!! Thank you Aaron and ATS for all your help!!

Best auto shop I've had experience with! My first experience was with my car needing to be towed there. Aaron got my car in, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and got me back in my car quickly. Very detail oriented and great customer service. Explains everything and has reasonable prices. Been back twice since then and pleased every time. I highly recommend ATS!

Aaron the owner of ATS is very particular, detailed, takes pride in his services, and a nice guy to boot, had my truck towed to his shop after transmission failure on a Ford Raptor with 170k miles. He diagnosed, ordered a rebuilt transmission and fixed a few other things while up on the lift, shocks, struts and a cv axle all at reasonable prices. Kept me informed and did an excellent job on the install, truck drives like new. I was ready to replace a few other things he said wasn't necessary right now.
My first time using Aaron and I won't hesitate to bring my other 3 vehicles to him all with over 100k miles on them so I'm sure I will see him soon.
Cars are so expensive these days, it's great having someone you can count on and trust to keep them up running! Don't hesitate to use him.

Was holding off on making a review because the last auto-shop (was highly recommended by everyone in town ) gave me trust issues. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car A/C even though they specialize in VW and spent so much $ for them to just guess what the problem was. They were going to quote me around $2k to fix a “maybe” problem. What a blessing it was to find ATS. Aaron was honest and found the problem the same day I brought my car in (even sent me picture of the problem) & got it fixed literally the next day. It’s been over a month and my a/c is blowing cold.

Working out of town and needed some issues addressed with my work vehicle. I called them on a Friday morning and brought it in later. They addressed all issues I had and my vehicle was ready very quickly. Staff is super friendly and communicates very well. Informed me of what he was doing and what it would cost before doing so. As well ran of a mechanic shop as I have done business with. Highly recommend!Services: Auto exhaust system repair

I was recommended to this shop by another shop where I trust my vehicles to. Aaron the owner is an awesome guy. I took my truck to him because it was having a little hesitation going on.
