“Hello everyone—let me tell you, this has been a long time coming. After many closed doors (apparently God said, “Not yet” until December 30, 2025), I finally walked through the right one yesterday—and hallelujah, shalom, I drove off with what was truly meant for me and something I genuinely love. This was my second time back, and the experience sealed it. Daron Esquivel (Sales Coach) and Amber (Sales Consultant) are truly BEYOND, beyond, BEYOND. I’ve never had an experience like this in years at any dealership until today—and trust me, I’ve dealt with plenty thru the year counting up to this day. I started my day at 9:00 AM, in Boerne (Closed Doors), The. Drive back to EchoPark in New Braunfels to try them once again, and i’m glad i did too. They stayed solid the entire time until I finally got my car. They were funny, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. Not even a little. I felt comfortable, respected, and treated like an actual human being—not a number or a paycheck. They genuinely fought for my situation and worked with me in a way no one ever has before. No embarrassment. No awkwardness. Just real people doing their job with integrity. Too legit to quit. Because of them, I would 100% go back to EchoPark again—and I’d recommend it over traditional dealerships any day. “Went to 4 different tire shops in town to find a 17 inch tire for our Yukon ..... Victors tire shop was the best price for a great used tire $50 , that included tire replacement and mounting. But here comes the best part . When he was done I took out my debit card and he said sorry ..... Cash only . He explained why he can't accept credit cards , he said go get the money and pay me when you get back . What other place does that ??? Went to a store got cash and went back to pay him , we even bought him a coke . Great friendly service !!!!!! Great guy”
“Admittedly, we got off to a bit of a rough start with Walker Collision, but in the end, we met with the owner who was very pleasant to talk with and willing to make some adjustments and make it right in the end, and that's all we really want, a quality finish, so despite the delays and initial problems, end result was great. Highly recommend Walker Collision, the owner is very eager to make everyone a happy customer. This is a small, family-owned and family-operated business and they stand by their work. Our vehicle looks great again!”

“Took my 2006 Miata here to diagnose a problem with the transmission. The next day they had the transmission out and let me know my clutch was burnt out. They texted back and fourth with me on options and to answer my questions, sent me a digital quote and got the work done that day. Great local auto shop!”
