“Bryd Automotive recently completed some work on my Lexus. I was very appreciative that they got me in immediately and fixed my vehicle in a short amount of time. I was really impressed with the way they treated me. James and Mark both were great with letting me know what was wrong with my vehicle and keeping me updated with the process of getting the parts and completing the job. Steve was very nice, too. He drove me all the way back home, over twenty miles, and offered to come back and pick me up! I was given a quote on the first day and I asked them to follow through with fixing my vehicle. When James called to let me know I could come pick up my car, he told me there were several other issues and he had fixed them, too. When I got to his shop and went to pay, I noticed the price was the original quote he had given me. He didn't charge me for the extra things he did! I will definitely be using them for any other issues I might have, and I can safely recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Bryd Automotive, you guys are awesome!!!”

“I don’t usually post reviews, but I felt the need to write about my experience with these guys because rarely do I get such a pain-free experience like this. First off, the customer service is absolutely top-notch. Everyone I talked to throughout my process were absolutely awesome. Steve handled most of the communication and did a fantastic job explaining everything in a manner that was easy to understand but also detailed enough for me to feel comfortable with what I was getting done and what I was paying for. Everyone I talked to were not only helpful but friendly and made this one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a vehicle. They go above and beyond without even batting an eye. “I was initially referred to ATS by another mechanic in New Braunfels. Since that time I have brought my vehicles to Aaron on multiple occasions. On each occasion, he provided exceptional service and took time to explain the issue and resolution.
I had a situation where my vehicle was elsewhere. I called to ask a question and he immediately started thjnk about the issue and give advice over the phone. Once I had the vehicle back. I took it straight to his shop and ran quick diagnostic and we had a path forward.
Customer service is great. Prices are reasonable .”

“I originally took my Jeep in for a problem I was having with the fuel tank sending unit. I asked that they check out the entire Jeep because I had just purchased it a few months prior. Kevin did a thorough check up and told me what needed to be done and explained everything in detail. I also decided I wanted my nerf bars changed out. Karissa sent me pictures and did a lot of research to find some that I liked. Kevin kept me updated frequently as to the status on my Jeep. They finished it in a very timely manner. I picked it up and I could not have been more pleased! I highly recommend this shop! They are reasonably priced, very honest and genuinely nice people!
