They fixed up my car after I got into an accident and Ralph kept awesome communication with me throughout the whole process of waiting! “When you get into a fender bender, there's so much inconvenience that goes into it. Having to research for a collision and not really knowing what you're doing, having to find someone to help drop off your car, waiting for repairs, wondering if the collision center is being shady, having someone take you to go pick up your car, and making sure the collision center gets paid. There's alot that goes into it. Alot of anxiety for sure. It's like, "who can you trust?"
Me personally, I run off of reviews. I research Google and only accept service from excellent reviews. CAM Collision was the first Collision center I noticed with a high rating and doting comments for Luis and his business.
My story: I explained to Luis my hood was destroyed by a backhoe loader, and their insurance would be taking care of it. Luis immediately came up with an estimate. I was impressed. I sent it right away to the other party's insurance and the process began. Luis explained and sent pics at every opportunity he could. This made me feel at ease, and I was able to focus on other things in my daily life. He gave me an estimated time frame, and he he kept his word and was right on time.
I am happy to say there are still upstanding people like Luis out their with an honest business.
Thank you again, Luis, for your skills and hospitality. I am truly grateful.

“I was initially referred to ATS by another mechanic in New Braunfels. Since that time I have brought my vehicles to Aaron on multiple occasions. On each occasion, he provided exceptional service and took time to explain the issue and resolution.
I had a situation where my vehicle was elsewhere. I called to ask a question and he immediately started thjnk about the issue and give advice over the phone. Once I had the vehicle back. I took it straight to his shop and ran quick diagnostic and we had a path forward.
Customer service is great. Prices are reasonable .”

Here is why: After working a overnight shift in New Braunfels for Wurstfest, I was making my way home in my 2002 Chevy Suburban. The car suddenly stops and I was left in a bit of a pickle.
Unfamiliar with the area I originally walked over to Circle K thinking I would get some oil since my suburban was low, that did not pan out and I started my search for somewhere else.
Walking along the sidewalks and the highway, I finally reached the shop. Brandon & Kenny both helped assist me. We all got to talking and I explained my situation. Brandon went above and beyond and helped me get back out to my car. After putting the oil in and messing around with the vehicle, we came to find out it was my crank sensor being completely shot. It was the original part.
Brandon and Kenny helped by finding the sensor in their shop, and allowed me to work to replace it. The guys really went above and beyond to ensure I made it back home to San Antonio safely.

“Hill Country Customs did an amazing job on my Ford Edge! I was driving up the hill on 337 at night when the truck in the left lane hit a deer who then caught air and landed straight down on my hood! They replaced my hood, most of my grill and headlights and a few things under the hood that was messed up from the impact and then painted! My front end looks brand new! They even found a Ford emblem for the front of the grill I lost a long time ago! Ashton was great to work with! This is my second time there and both experiences were very satisfactory. “Was in town from 6hrs away for an event, and my battery died. Also had just a had a minor surgery 3days prior and was in no shape to change the battery but was gonna have to! José helped me find what the issue was, as well as took time in the heat to switch both my batteries out without me ever having to ask him! He changed them both out fast! Total lifesaver! Also a young lady that was working a register stayed a few minutes after her shift so that Jose could get me taken care of!
