Hope at the distribution center was awesome! There was a problem with paperwork at pick up. She went above and beyond to find a solution and assure me that it would get resolved. I was able to pick up furniture as planned and the warehouse workers were extremely helpful too!

A few issues a long the way but as soon as I notified David Enciso, he went right to work ensuring we got our items ordered as promised. Still waiting dresser drawer but I am sure it will come soon.

The New Braunfels distribution center personnel did great with our order. Special shout-out to hope who exceeded all expectations, figured out how to fix a couple of problems/restrictions in the computer and get us our order when the call center was saying it would be over a week.
