DO NOT BUY ADDITIONAL WARRANTY - SCAM!! 5 Years ago I purchased the No Use No Lose warranty from Ashley. Fast forward 5 years in November of 2023, and I was purchasing furniture with Ashley's again and asked about my No Use No Lose warranty and the credit I was expecting. The New Braunfels Sales Agent told me that I would have to issue a request for the credit, which he would do on my behalf. He gave me copies of all the paperwork he was turning in to get me my credit. I specifically asked if my credit could be used towards the purchase that I was completing with him that day, which he told me no it couldn't and that I would have to receive the credit first to then use later. I asked him if there was a time limit on using the credit once received, as I was made aware (that day - never in my original warranty form does it say there is a time limit to request the credit) there was a time limit on requesting the credit once the 5 years hit. He told me no that I could use it whenever. Well, I went to buy a coffee table with Ashley, this March and I again asked about my credit. This was a different sales agent and he told me that my credit request got denied. He showed me the requests and their statuses that read denied. I was stunned and he had let me know that it needed to be used that December anyways. He said that he could put in another request for me for the credit after listening to my story and provided me with the customer service number. I called customer service and magically they couldn't find the original requests for the credit saying that I never requested it, even though I had paperwork saying I did. In addition, I learned that the New Braunfels sales agent didn't know what he was doing. Even if he processed the paperwork correctly, he needed to attach it to a layaway order, which remember, I had asked if the credit could be applied to my current order that I was completing with him that day. Do not buy the additional warranty they try to sell you when purchasing furniture from Ashley, it's a total scam! They don't train their sales associates on how to request the credit for you, credit requests magically disappear in their system, and they do not communicate to you or provide you documentation at the time of sale the hidden time limits of when and how to use your credit. Total scam and waste of money

BUYER BEWARE!! If you have an item delivered it could take several months for the item to be fixed if it is broken. Terrible customer service. Bought a sectional with a recliner and unfortunately did not test all of the recliners before the delivery person left and found later in the day that the frame to one of the recliners was delivered bent and was not usable. Called the customer care line and asked for a repair or replacement. I was told it would take a month for it to be fixed. We waited the month and the repairman canceled at 9pm on the day of repair, because it was too late and promised that someone would be out to fix it as early as the next day. Called customer service the next morning and asked for the recliner to be repaired or to have a repairman come out the next day like the guy promised me when he canceled. Was told it would be another month before a repair person could come out again. So we are looking at two months (if they show up this time) for a broken piece of furniture to be repaired that we cannot use. Called to talk to the store and the management would not help get the sectional repaired or replace the item, asked for them to call customer care on my behalf to assist and was told they could not. So I called called customer service myself AGAIN and the supervisor on the phone would not help and refused to provide a name of anyone more senior to talk to. Employees showed no empathy, did not want to make this right or be of any service. Just kept reiterating this is our policy. So Ashley's policy is to sale defective furniture and take as long as they feel to make it right, because they have your money already. Not their problem once you leave the store. Absolutely terrible customer service. We have been a loyal Ashley customers for years, but no more, I am now on a mission to find someone in this company who will listen and want to help.

Bought a large painting, 3 by 6 ft. On Saturday got it home and realized it was 2 different pictures. Tried to return it on Sunday and was informed that once it was out the door there was no returning. Canceled the rest of my order and will never shop Ashley again.
