Our Sales person was awesome Chance Adam’s!! I needed to purchase a Queen size bed and Mattress! I saw the bed that I saw on the Ashley website and he began to provide the info in regards to the bed was happy with the info he provided because the picture didn’t will help. We proceed to check out a mattress ! Chance listened to my needs and showed me what’s was available.I decide to go to lunch with my daughter and think about what we had viewed and decide to purchase based on what Chance had communicated, and appreciate his help and happy with all tha transpired with this purchase! I told him I hope he would still be around for my next purchase since I need a dining room set! ! Thank Chance for help!

I went to pick out a mattress, but when I got The mattress there was a different type of mattress that was delivered and it was not the mattress that was shown to me in person.

I’d highly advise against shopping at Ashley. The overall experience I’ve had with them and their store has been so frustrating, I won’t be shopping there anymore in the future. I went in for a bed, and the salesperson pushed a Tempur-Pedic on me so hard. These beds are pricey, but he sold me on how long they’d last. I bought the bed, the base, and protection for the base. Now, when I try to move my bed to put in a frame, the legs on the base snap. Tempur will not help, saying I moved the bed, so that voids warranty. Ashley is so hard to get ahold of, they’ve got long wait times, obnoxious hold music, and when I get ahold of them, I get referred other places with more wait time. All this to be told Ashley will do nothing to help me for moving my bed. I’m so frustrated and wish I’d never walked in that store. Do not buy Tempur, it’s overpriced and definitely not the best sleep I’ve had. Definitely do not shop Ashley, they’ve done me so dirty and don’t seem to care at all.
Update: Per the store's response to this review, I attempted to call for further assistance. I asked to speak with someone at the store and was put on an indefinite hold. I let my phone sit on hold for over an hour before I gave up. Seriously people, this store will not help you if there's an issue. If you shop here, best pray everything goes well with the purchase and delivery. They won't help you otherwise.

I have had the worst experience with this store. I bought my couch back in early April and had a whole conversation with the sales rep that my fiancé and I are moving to the location in mid June. She told me that the couch was in stock and would be available for delivery around the date we moved in. The only reason I purchased the couch was that it was going to be available for us the date we moved in. I go to schedule delivery and they tell me it is no longer in stock and that they are not aware how long I would have to wait until I could receive my couch. I spoke to about 10 different people who all gave me different stories and excuses. Finally, got a delivery date, however I noticed that a whole piece of the couch wasn’t ordered. Had to go back and BUY a whole other piece of the couch, not sure how that happened when it came as a whole set?? Anyway, finally delivery day comes about 3 weeks later and half the couch is broken. I contacted customer service as I was instructed and they cannot give me any information as to when I can get my full couch!! I paid in FULL in April and these people have not given me any type of reimbursement for their mistakes… DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
