“Honestly, this is the best apartment I ever had. I lived there for 3 years with no complaints. Yes, it’s not the newest modern look apartments but it’s more like a home. For the price, there’s so much space compared to those upgraded studio apartments out there. The location is perfect. It’s close to so many gyms, stores, entertainment, and it’s not in direct traffic. It’s not crowded here and everyone is so polite.Why is this place is a five star… it’s because of Nancy and the maintenance.If there is any issues in the apartment , it’s handled in no time. The property is always properly maintained and clean. Nancy is always there to help and just makes you feel welcomed.If I ever have to move back to New Braunfels, I’d definitely move back here again.”
