Very poor experience. Mostly due to the transportation. Had to wait 40 minutes for a bus pickup when other companies had 3-4 come by in that period. We were also the only ones that didn’t have a trailer for our tubes and they had us bring our huge intertubes on a bus which effectively only allowed half the people on the bus, so many were left behind to wait for the next bus…terrible. Oh they also had no parking at the main facility, unless you want to pay $20 for “VIP parking”. People were nice at checkin, but that was the only upside of an overall poor experience.

Such a great experience! Staff was very friendly, and although the water level was down, the float was very relaxing. Definitely recommend, especially for tourists!

I used this company last year and it was great. This year they really disappointed. Despite a 10AM reservation, we waited at least 40 min for the first shuttle to leave for the river.
Also, we waited 20-30 min to get picked up from the river. Other shuttle companies appeared to have picked up at least 4 other groups during that wait time. I love this river float, but will likely go with a different company next time.

The staff is friendly, but needs better management of equipment. First tube had a hole in it, and thankfully I caught it before we left on the shuttle. Arriving at the river, several people had to switch their tubes out for a spare that was on the shuttle. They have a large lot next to them that they charge $20 additional to park there, or you have to park in the neighborhood behind the property. I think that the parking is overpriced since you're already patroning their business. I parked in the neighborhood, and it's a sketchy area. My vehicle was fine, but be aware before you go, they don't tell you on the phone about the extra charge to park in their lot, and I couldn't find it on their website.

As usual the staff is always friendly and the water was great! ( not 5 star due to $20 parking on their own lot, that's a little steep in my opinion) We love Comal Tubes, used them the last 4 times we've vacationed!

Group waited over an hour for a shuttle to take to start. Other locations had shuttles come and go in that time
Will look elsewhere next time, never again
