I've had a similar horrible experience with this company! They overcharged me for a move that was literally from one unit to another in the same complex. It takes less than 30min of travel and I was charged with a 2hr minimum moving fee and with an extra hour on top of that. Movers were riding the clock and almost made it over the 2hr mark. I didn't have much stuff to move so why did it take so long? Tried reaching out constantly through 3-5 different emails and calling but no response.Will never use this company again.If I can give this company 0 stars, I would.

The level of unprofessionalism is insane. He sent me two staff that wouldn't stop bickering, spent an hour just to "game plan" the move ( not peeping the items to be moved) their truck battery broke down I had to give them a jump with car and was told they stopped the clock for it on the invoice it shows from 9:15 to 4:30pm crazy part is it was a couch a shoe rack a tv and 3 boxes only 2 filled with my kitchen stuff one only had 2 items in it .. these people charged me 1089.00 for just that that move should not have been so time consuming and if you did the time math he said they stopped the clock for an hour I was told on the phone I was charged for 8 when I called after trying to reach anyone at the office several times they changed up and told me it was only for 6 and they charged my other card 100 . This was such an unbelievable experience how in your right mind do you charge someone rent for such a small move a 1 bedroom move cost 600 avg and that's including a a full house not 1couch and small items these people are unethical and will take advantage of you do not book with them

I've since calmed myself after having a most eventful 2 months of transitioning from California to Texas. I had to move 15 minutes from an unsafe apartment complex to a new and improved apartment complex down the street. The movers quoted me 260 to move a senior with an adjustable bed and 10 moving bags. It included 2 guys. When they arrived, they took care of my belongings and brought the largest truck that could fit a 4 bedroom house. We get to the new place, and they unloaded all my stuff to the living room of the 1 bedroom apt, but my bed. They said I had to pay the balance. I had already made a 100 deposit, I was then told I had to pay a balance of 990.00 dollars before they brought in the mattress and bed. Now I'm in pre cardiac arrest and ask to call the manager because there was a mistake in pricing. The nice worker said "he" had to call the manager because the manager didn't like them giving out his ph number. After speaking with the manager, I literally gave him my last 176 which is what I was quoted. My bed was saved. Interestingly, after the megadust settled, I received a call from the referral company asking about my move. They ask if the move was OK. I told them the management at that facility tried to hijack my bed for 990.00. I told him it cost that much to move from California. I paid 276 to move a mattress, bed, and 10 bags down the street. But, I have insurance that will help me recoup because of the nature of this move. Now I just need a copy of my agreement.

Too many hidden cost that are not disclosed . Feels like deceptive practices. I work in the apartment industry and feel like a was scammed. Be sure to get a written breakdown of all cost. There are much better moving options in San Antonio than All My Sons. Definitely would not do business with this company again. Consumers please beware! There are Facebook group saying how terrible the company. I should done my research. I'm new to San Antonio and this was definitely a horrible moving experience.CONSUMER BEWARE - Get upfront estimate and pricing. You will end up with an enormous bill!!!!

Awfull ! My daughter hired them for a last minute move. 10/19/23quoted $450-$500 Actual cost: $1038 From a one bedroom apartment to a another one bedroom. Tore her sofa. When my daughter commented she couldn't tip because the total was way more than she expected, he said ya it happens all the time, the lowest charge he had ever seen was $650Alot of hidden costs. Unprofessional.Go somewhere else !!

They are awful! Overcharged and hidden cost. Charged me over what I was quoted. When I called to talk with them they transferred me from person to person and then a voicemail box that was full. So could not even leave a message. Don't use them!!! Could not even get an receipt that listed all the charges. I had a 10x5 storage moved not even 30 miles and was charged almost $700 dollars.I did get a call from Nina apologizing for the miscommunication and her wanting to fix the issue. They were willing to make things right. In the end she agreed to refund a portion of the bill. Thumbs up to Nina !

Like everyone else I wish I could give 0 stars. These clowns quoted my sister then held her property hostage until she paid them double of what they quoted. $90.00 fuel surcharge for a 6 mile move. $86.00 for shrink wrap. Not to mention these guys finished loading and unloading what amounted to 1 small bedroom of furniture in about 2hrs. This cost her over $700.00.Please read this and DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES!

All my sons was able to accommodate my moving needs on short notice and on a Sunday no less! I highly recommend Shawn and his team for all your moving needs! They completed the move in a timely manner and customer service was excellent! They may not have been the most inexpensive, but All My Sons comes with the assurance that you are going to get a quality move without worrying about your personal belongings. I recommend All My Sons 100%!!

I wish I could give them less than one star, but that isn't possible. I hired them to move me a short distance and, in the process, had two rings stolen. One of the rings was my wedding ring given to me by my late husband. I called their customer care center today and was told that the case would be reopened if they got any information from the police. They do not care one bit what happens to you or your belongings. DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES! Below is a picture of what was taken from me.

I would give below zero if I could. This is the worst company I have ever used. They put holes in my walls when I specifically said not to move it if it was too heavy but the did anyway and put holes in wall, broke my blinds and then knocked over the legs to my expensive shuffleboard and broke itI watched him call his supervisor and tell them what happened, we filed a claim and now getting nothing but the runaround.STEER CLEAR. Do NOT hire this shady business.

It's a shame you can't give a company less than one star.I hired All My Sons to move me and my girlfriend out of our small, 3rd floor apartment into a house we are leasing.They destroyed our television. It wouldn't even power on.They broke the frame of our loveseat. It still works, but one end is pushed in now.They lost our glass tops to our end tables, rendering them unusable.They dragged most of our furniture down the stairs, leading to multiple scrapes and gouges.We have a storage bedframe that is no longer square. The drawers won't slide into it properly anymore. They ripped the fabric of our couch and loveseat.And there's more.When we filed a claim (in which I estimated a conservate settlement amount of $3000) they offered us $453. That would barely cover the cost of the television.It's clear to me that All My Sons doesn't care about taking care your stuff while moving it. What's unclear is if they actually read our claim to come up with such a ridiculous settlement offer.I honestly don't know what's worse. They either read my claim and thought that amount would suffice for everything I told them about. Or they didn't even bother to read the claim, which tells me how much they actually care.Not only will I never use All My Sons again, you can be sure everyone I know will hear my opinion on All My Sons.Never again, All My Sons. Never.

My experience with All My Sons Moving Company was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they break my 65" Samsung Smart TV and refuse proper compensation, but they also displayed extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness throughout the entire process.They literally charged me close to $100 for the packaging material they used on TV which won’t even worth $5.00 .What made the situation even worse was their unprofessional and rude behavior. The movers displayed a complete lack of respect and seemed disinterested in providing quality service. Their demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful, which only added to my frustration. The icing on the cake was their refusal to compensate me properly for the damages they caused. Their actions and lack of accountability demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.I strongly discourage anyone from using All My Sons Moving Company. Their unprofessionalism, carelessness, and rude behavior have left me deeply disappointed. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable moving company that values professionalism, customer service, and respects your belongings

I called and paid the deposit so a mover would call and set up an appointment. They never called. Oh, they made my appointment on a day and time set up by not me. I should’ve listened to that little voice at thiscancel. Moviup 45 minutes after what they set up. Small job, took a long long time. (Less than 500 sq ft apartment.) quoted $129 and she was specific about them wrapping up furniture with care ect. They didn’t wrap anything that needed it and they took 10 every load.500sq ft apartment$129 an hour for 2My bill is $382Marvin King said I was emailed paperwork stating there’s a 2 hour minimum. I looked in my mail and SPAM. I never received it. Marvin gets into leaning on you to make you pay.Heavy intimidation. He said he was calling the police for theft of service (giddy), I gave him the address.( that’s when I knew he was enjoying it). Let’s see if Marvin pays me back for the illegal balancePS . After the 45 min late movers were here 45min (almost done) a 2nd crew shows up to move me. Nobody knows what’s happening
