At my last weigh in on the 29th of December I was met with the most rude, sarcastic and condescending treatment, never in my year and a half of going to this establishment have I been met with such treatment. Usually all of my visits to the store had been wonderful, and I bet if I hadn't gone alone I would have not been spoken to in such a way. I had been struggling with my weight loss (for personal reasons I didn't wanna get into) and then I am made to feel even worse about it by one of the workers. Do better. Just do better. If I could give zero or negative stars I would.

Great experience! Very helpful and loved the body scan thing, really helped me make some new goals and see where I need to improve. Also, bought some protein powder that actually tastes good!

If you live in New Braunfels then this is the supplement shop you need to be visiting. Prices are fair and staff is very helpful. Plus they offer the In Body scan for free when you go into the store.

So kind and always friendly! Making sure I get my supplements and what I need.They write on my bottles when I should take them & the amounts. They make suggestions on what you are needing and wanting for your health. They also hand out samples when I'm needing try something new. Everyone is so great with their excellent hospitality!

Absolutely love the customer service! I don’t think you could possibly ask for a greater customer service experience as well as how informative the staff is! This is my go to place for all of my supplements! Love the atmosphere and there’s no other place like it.
