“I went to a big-box store in town that I drove 40 miles to because I thought they had my capacitor. My air conditioner had been down for two days. The Texas heat was getting to us. After some searching on Google, I determined that my capacitor was bad. Now I needed to find a new one. The people at the store were nice. ? They suggested that I try a different store that might have one in stock. I walked in and was greeted by an older gentleman. He reached under his desk, grabbed a dusty box, and pulled out the capacitor I needed. I'm now sitting in my cool house, thanks to him. ? We need to keep places like these in business.”
