I would give them zero stars if I could. I took my car there to get my air fixed , they fixed it pretty quick for $350 but I am still trying to figure out if that was done right because I pressed the button for the air to come towards my face and it started blowing out the defroster...so I do not think they know how to really fix anything. I also took my daughters car there to get the brakes, heater, a tire, and the power steering pump fixed. I asked for a quote and I got it about 3 days later. I picked out what I could afford to get done, the brakes needed to be fixed for sure so I told them to go ahead and fix them even though they charged me $1100. I asked for a new tire, did not get it, they were going to charge around $900 to fix the power steering pump which I could not afford, they suggested I apply for a snap loan which I got approved for $2900. They had her car for about 2 and half weeks and everyday I called to ask about how much to get the heater fixed because my daughter has 3 kids and needed heat. He said he could fix it for around $900-$1000 it needed to be done so I said ok. 3 days later I got a call saying they can not fix it, but charged me almost $700 for labor just to say they could not fix it! I think because I am a woman they took advantage of me and screwed me over! I am so disappointed in humanity these days because they do not care about you, they just want the $$ so they lie. So now I am stuck paying for an almost $2300 loan for a car that now is worth nothing to us. The tire is flat, it now smokes which it did not when we took it in and the heater did not get fixed but them dang $1100 brakes work ok. I would NEVER suggest them to anyone!

This is the kind of auto shop you dream of finding. They are knowledgeable and eager to help. I was in town for only a couple of days, and I needed help with a mechanical issue with my van. They were able to fit me in right away and help me with my issue. They are very fair and honest. I highly recommend this shop!!

Horrible service he was supposed to fix my spark plug and didn't rob threw it down in there charged me 297$ the manager looking for money work isn't good he doesn't honor his warranty

Friday the 13th., Had blow out on trailer, The kind folks from 82 Auto not only had the new tire I needed, they picked me and the bad tire up, mounted the new tire at their shop, brought me back to the trailer and got me back on the road, all in less than an hour. GREAT SERVICE! Well done.

“Mechanics”, more like high school drop outs. Unprofessional and can’t own up to there mistakes when they’re supposed to be fixing your problems, car now runs terrible since they’ve worked on it and they refuse to look at it or refund it. Don’t bring your car here, just a bunch of dudes with no knowledge of how a vehicle works.

I came in to change my 02 sensor, and when I got it back out my air/fuel ratio was out the roof going up to 20 and going back down, before I took it to the shop it wasn’t doing any of that I just came in to change 02 sensor. And my steering wheel was hard to move I don’t know what they did but now I have to take it to a better mechanic.

Driving back from Michigan when our brake line snapped. Thankfully we found this shop and made it there, they were able to fix our issue pretty quickly we are all so tired and have been on the road for about 18 hours. My friend even slept on their bench while they fixed it. I recommend this shop to anyone!! and just wanted to say thanks again to all the employees at this shop for your help and hospitality.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!..I took my truck to get the air conditioner fixed and it went out the SAME freaking day!!..they said they'd fix it...but instead blamed it on so called new leaks they found...then tried to tell me it was gonna be 1018.00 to fix more??? Ha...yea..sure...I didn't get any money back and my trucks STILL HOT.....while we were there another customer came in complaining that they messed up her car......thrre is only 1 certified mechanic in the whole shop....so you just got a bunch of DUDES looking on GOOGLE about how to fix your car........no thank u......nope

As I was enjoying my air conditioning in my minivan that they fixed.. I realized I never left a review. We also had them put in anew transmission. One other thing too but I can’t remember what it was called. They are so thorough. Their communication and transparency is unmatched from what I’ve seen around the area. Then the biggest thing, when they say they did- they did it! If they said they fixed it- they fixed it! It’s been months since the last time we used them but I wanted to drop this review as I use my air conditioning they fixed months ago for me. (LoL) I won’t be using anyone else in Bowie county for my vehicles.
