1 star for sure these people complain about our mailbox being “too” far back but it’s barely behind other mailboxes. now all my packages get canceled because the mail man wants to whine and complain. It’s not our fault we can’t move the mailbox and the ground is sinking in the culvert due to the heat.

Guy at the counter was awful and rude, made it seem like he was going out of his way to do his job. Possibly the worst post office I’ve ever been to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

My wife my son and I went in for passports. We all had paperwork ready and we all waited in line 40 minutes. When we got to the counter she told us she would only do one of us and we would have to get back in line. Make this make sence? Three people, three separate applications, three separate IDs and we all stood in line. The fact that we were family members meant we couldn’t go one after the other?

Omg, rude is an understatement. Had an appointment at 9am, showed up at 8:50. Lady up front gives us a dirty look that definitely made us feel unwelcome, she seemed annoyed. Well we proceed to tell her we have an appointment for passports at 9am. She doesn’t even look at us and states, “well I’ll help you then.” We walked out. Paying money for someone to be rude, no thanks! I’ll take business elsewhere.

Horrible experience blonde lady in the front was discriminatory towards my parents and i we went to see if walk in were available or if i could get a appointment for a passport she was sitting across the desk sitting facing the wall she turned and looked at us once and yelled at us from were she was at never couldnt even look at me in the eyes when we asked her if we could get a appointment there or online she said she dint know thats when we knew we were not wanted there and walked out

This people are the worst, zero customer service. I took my kids to get their passports and even with appointments and no body else was there they didn’t want to process my daughter’s because they said they didn’t have time ????

We arrived two minutes late to a passport appointment that had to be made a month in advance. The guy we dealt with was extremely rude and told us he couldn't help us because it was so close to his lunch break.

I purchased a $60 money order and mailed from Nevada USPS. Two weeks and no delivery ...700 miles to Alabama. Now waiting 60 days to get my money back with no interest. Pretty good scam huh? Don't mail anything USPS. Be warned.

A USPS Dallas carrier mis-delivered an entire buggy of my town's mail, to the town next to us (Nevada). I had an important and expensive package in that mix-up. To avoid having to wait around all day (again) for this package, I took a chance and just drove to the Nevada USPS location to ask about it. I don't know his name, but a gentlemen there was nice enough to go through the bin and find my package for me (so that I did not have to wait around another day.) Thanks again, Sir!

Why can't mail get delivered to the right address? Fountainview Estates mail gets mess up daily! Group Facebook page is always posting looking for their mail saying it was delivered but to the wrong address! Maybe get drivers that are illiterate! Horrible delivery service!
